As a medical provider myself, I think Dr. Eapen does a great job. You can't expect her to answer all your questions especially when most patients wait until last minute to ask them. As far as antibiotics go, most of what you people go to the doctor for anyway is viral and thus the antiobiotic won't work anyway. Try waiting a week at least before running for antibiotics. She treats when needed, listens and spends time with you. Yes, the office staff could be nicer but they are very busy.

Never going back! I was sick as a dog , horrible ear aches, coughing my brains out & she said there was nothing she could give me. Not even cough syrup! I had to go to a different dr to get treatment.

My whole family sees Dr. Eapen. We are very pleased with her. She is very caring with my children and never rushes us out. I have complete faith and trust in her ability to diagnose our medical issues and treat us well.

I do not have a problem with Dr. Eapen but her office staff is horrific! I called and talked to one lady that was very rude and treated me as though I was stupid!

I have been very happy with Dr. Eapen. My husband, kids, and I are all patients. Sometimes appointments feel a little rushed, but if I keep asking questions, she will keep answering. She's great about calling me if I have questions and want to avoid an office visit. She is also fantastic with my kids. She gives me the info on a vaccine or medication, but isn't pushy if I don't think it's right for us. Since our whole family goes there, she knows us really well and takes time to ask how we all are. The office manager is really rude and the billing person has never called me back in 3 years, yet everything seems to resolve itself and the nurses are absolutely fantastic.

Dr. Eapen is getting better. She isnt as quick to leave the room as she was before. She is starting to listen more and answer questions, granted I throw them at her while she is examining me. I have had to go back a few times extra b/c the first med she gave me didnt work. However, the office help is awful. I have never, ever met such a rude office manager in my life!!! The other staff in the office are fine, but the main one is the rudest nastiest thing I have ever met. I am about to say something to her, I have complained to the docs and their response was, "she is a new manager here, we have to give her time" that was 3 years ago!!!! I need to find a new doctor.

Quick to give you a perscription for your illness without doing the proper tests. Rushes you out of the exam room. Doesnt listen to your problems or if she does blows them off like you are stupid. I won't go back. Staff isn't the best. I will not be back there . 1st visit she seemed nice 2nd visit was nitemare.

Dr Eapen and her staff are very professional. I needed to be seen for a sore thoat, and she was able to see me the same day (I had never been there before). I told her my prescrition plan was not so good, and she made sure that I got a less expensive antibiotic to use.

I found her to be lacking in manners, walked out of the room before I was done asking questions and abrupt. She also left me sitting in the room waiting on her to come back until a nurse told me Dr Eapen was done with me. I had more questions but was more or less pushed out of the office. Then she left a message on my answering machine which was embarrassing to me as my family and company heard her talking about my private medical matters. Very uncalled for!!!
