Took far too many steps to get in including forms, get MRI that was not reviewed, called for appointment and wait for calls back, finally got appointment almost 3 months later. Worst cheap seats in the office. An very profitable practice and there are cheap lumpy old chairs compounding the pain that I went in there with. The wait time was more than 1.5 hours. Unexcusable. In a horrid seating option after waiting 3 months to get in? Completely resented being told repeatedly BEFORE being met to bring my existing pain meds "to surrender" as if I was an assumed drug addict and they were the getstopo. Unprofessional and wrong on so many levels since I came to them begging for relief that was not a narcotic and wanted none given.  Respond

07/04/14 3 2 1 1 I had been seeing Dr biddle for about 3 yrs.Broken neck at age 15 now 40. have had 2 neck fusions.(seven vertebrae)severe pain and headaches,both knees are bad ,and my lower back has been broke.I am in pain 24/7.I have been on some sort of narcotic pain med since age 15 one of my drug screens had pot in it,they threatened me with dismissal from their care.I was in tears.I literally begged him to help me,he sent me to a drug treatment facility,where I successfully Quit smoking pot,he kept me on my meds during this time.2 months after I "graduated" drug treatment for pot,dr biddle said I had 2 drug screens that had none of the meds he prescribed in my system.completely clean?He then told me they could not help me anymore period,wouldn't even talk to me about it after sitting in the waiting room for 4 hrs.I have taken every med he has ever given me,even when I did not agree with some of it.Now I have been looking for a new doc to help me but I have been unsuccessful.Ruined my life. NO GO.

30/12/13 1 1 1 1 I waited 2 months to get the appointment, after immediately being urine tested I waited over an hour in the waiting room. My injury is 10 years old and I've been on the same meds for 10 years- I extended my last 30 day script for 45 days, I went in with an empty bottle. I was sent for pain management and refuse injections due to anxiety. He made me feel like a big baby saying " you're how old? And you're afraid of needles?" I don't know why you are here, I only do procedures. He made me feel like a drug addict, gave me a list of other pain management doctors and sent me on my way to suffer in pain. I would research other doctors seriously before going to him- so incompassionate!!! Horrible!!

22/10/13 1 1 1 1 Anyone considering this Dr. needs to read all these negative and sometimes upsetting reviews. What kind of Dr. would profile his patient and let the entire staff know about the patient(This is totally against hippa policy and is unethical- He should be reviewed for his competency from the AMA). In addition, what kind of Dr. would bring a patient to tears? omg horrendous. On top of that, the patient has a disability! Lastly, what kind of Dr. dismisses his patients like they are nobody..afterall they are coming to the Dr for care!! Bad, Bad medicine!!

11/12/12 3 1 2 1 Terrible. I waited a long time for the appt.. I waited a long time in the exam room. He was in such a rush, he didn't hear a word I said. He left the room 2x for 5 minutes each. While I was lying on the exam table with my shirt pulled up, someone burst open the door. Why couldn't I have 15 minutes of his undivided attention? Would not recommend.  Respond

12/11/12 4 4 1 1 Paul Biddle is was useless to me. They asked me to bring in my MRI. He didn't even look at it. When he walked in the room he told me he thinks i am at the wrong place. Even though i need pain management for a herniated disk and sciatica. Why did i take a urine test if all he does is cortisone shots. People have been dieing from those shots. They have been getting meningitis. He did not help me one bit. Two thumbs down!

04/09/12 1 1 1 1 I was not happy with Dr. Biddle at all! I had questions and concerns about an ejection and other things he wanted to do. The medication he was giving me was not working I was a walking zombie and he kept telling me to take it. When I tried to tell him on many occasions that this was not working and I had concerns. I was told that and I quote "I don't have time to educatue you. If you want an education go to college.I will no longer see you." Then stormed off. Mind you he took me in for an apt and pee tested me. He just does things to get the money form the insurance companies.He new from the time he walked in that room that he was not going to take me on any more. I know this because of the way he came in there. I also herd the office people talking about me while I was sitting and waiting it went on even as I passed to go in to the exam room. All I wanted from him was something that worked. Not to feel like I was stupid or an a drug addict.

28/08/12 1 2 1 3 I have been with dr Biddle for quite some time and I love him as a doctor, however his staff is horrible, rude, and incompetent. They never answer the phones nor call you back never got my scripts to me on time so almost every month I was sick waiting for them to make some sort of excuse that they sent it to the pharmicacy. Finally they told me that I would have to come pick it up because for some reason the phamacies never receive them referring to all their patients. Interesting! They are incredibly rude and I wish dr Biddle would find some new staff. The new practitioner is also a rude lady.  Respond

13/07/12 2 2 1 1 Dr.Biddle is the worst pain management Dr. I have ever seen. He brought his dog to the office and was very rude to my friend who has cerebral palsey is deaf and had spinal surgury!We waited 3 mo for the apointment for the dr. to tell him "heres a list of other doctors." He wouldnt even wait for my wife to spell out the medication to my deaf freind. He was very rude and didnt care what the patient said. He actually said" Most people dont say what they want, they just take the script." I cant beleive he operates like this. I am so appalled im trying to file a complaint.  Respond

08/09/11 1 4 5 5 Dr. Biddle is a great guy and very helpful doctor. He is sometimes rushed and also can run very behind on his epidurals, though his office visits are usually pretty punctual. However, one of his office staff members seriously detracts from the overall rating of his practice. She's unhelpful and just plain rude. Every time she answers the phone, she acts annoyed and is just completely useless. That being said, Dr. Biddle has helped me greatly and is a genuinely nice guy. Also, the other office staff member is very nice. Finally, the office staff seems to have a difficult time with scheduling follow-up visits before a script runs out. That's not really a huge deal, though.

Doctor was dismissive of our thoughts and autocratic, uncaring. Stormed out of the room in a huff. Left the patient and her caregiver in tears. Would NOT recommend.  Respond

03/03/11 1 1 1 1 these people are the worst. i was treated as if i was a drug addict because i have tattoos. i was not in his office less than 2 min.he was rude he was more interested in profiling me and the way i looked than giving me medical treatment.when i called to ask why i was profiled his staff were telling me information only the doctor should know. this is illegal seeing im not under his care nor did i ever give them a medical release.be warned! this is America not a third world country.  Respond

15/02/11 1 1 1 1 I've been waiting now 2 months just to get an appointment. It took there office 3 calls and 4 weeks just to get the new patient paperwork out to me. I filled it right out and sent in to them waited 2 weeks and called for a status. I call the office and the person who answers treats you as an anoyance reather then a patient. They are rude and very very unhelpful. I'm still waiting to hear back just to get in to see the doctor and they have had my paperwork for over a month.. I've spoken to them and keep being told when the office manager is ready they will call you and basicly to stop calling. I am now looking for a new pain doctor. If his staff and time just to get you in is any reflection on him I don't know how he is in business. I've never been treated so poorly be a medical professional in my life.  Respond

17/11/10 5 4 5 5 I thought Dr. Biddle was caring, attentive and very knowledgeable. His staff was great. When I had a problem, he saw me the same day. I think he is an excellent pain management doctor.Out of 4 doctors my insurance company gave me, he was my favorite choice. I believe he should have a five star rating.

02/09/10 1 3 4 4 I really liked Dr Biddle a lot but is office staf is horrible. I had major surgery in July and had to cancel an appointment but had to do so on their tape as no one ever answers the phone in the office. I managed to reschedule but as I was still sick I had to call and cancel on tape again. I never heard fro their office again. I, and my husband, made numerous calls and left messages thatw ere all ignored. Finally my insurance company was able to get a hold of someone and they stated that they no longer wated my business due to two "no-shows"? Even though there were no no-shows. It is unfortunate that such a good doctor has such an incompetent staff working in his office. I am sure taht they never bothered to listen to the messages that I left to cancel my appointment. I will tell everyone I know about this office and to avoid it at all costs.  Respond
