I love Dr. Mat! He is easy going and a great doctor to boot. However, his staff is his downfall. They are rude and the complete opposite of helpful. When calling about anything other than making an appointment, they act as though you are just taking up their time. Getting forms or prescriptions is a hassle because they will put it off for days and days. Sure wish such a great doctor could have staff up to his level
