Horrible bed side manners. Do not expect her office staff to fax in any paperwork/RX’s for you. You have to do all the “leg work” for the staff. Dr herself does not admit to any wrong doing of her staff or herself!! Changing dr’s immediately!!

All she did for me was give me more pills .. instead of trying to figure out why I was having migraines!

The staff is rude. I always leave there feeling bad about myself. They cant keep track of billing issues. I will say Dr Chennu has obviously been working on her bedside manner, but it still is bad. i dread having to go there. The way she talks is very condescending. I want to find a new neurologist, but I have been putting off starting all over in my treatment. Would not recommend, unfortunately. They are very punctual with appointments, and I do think that Dr Chennu has a lot of knowledge. I dont think she takes me seriously.

Dr. Channu is the first Neurologist I have had that actually seems to know all about my rare affliction. She really seems to care about whether or not I am in pain....and she is eager to find a solution. It was a fluke I found her, but I think I found my Neurologist for life :)
