Office staff is courteous, efficient and experienced. Kayla, a hygenist, is personable, knowledgeable and gentle. Dr. Fey explains procedures in an easily understandable manner. The office is clean and professional.

I didn't know about this sight until I went to Dr. Fey's office. Right at the front desk is a box and a form for you to rate your visit. On the form is a request to come to this sight to rate your visit again. I didn't expect to see any negative comments when I came to rate Dr. Fey. I had to pick up my daughter for her appt and she was running late. When I called Dr. Fey's office, the staff was very understanding and just asked that I be there as soon as I could. We arrived and were seen within 5 minutes. My insurance (premier plan) covered 100\% of cost so there was no charge to me. My daughter had chipped her tooth 6 years ago and Dr. Fey commented on it and asked how it happened. He did not try to push extra work even though I know it needs extra work because I can see where the repair was originally done. Other people have written about extra charges and fees, but I did not experience that at this office. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Fey seems knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Due to a very modest insurance plan, Fey was the only option within 10 miles. I've read all the ratings (many very derogatory), so have been very cautious and wary on my first appointment. On first visit, he confirmed I needed a deep cleaning and recommended an Arestin application to treat some deep pockets which I've been treated for in past years and wasn't surprised to hear about again. Just had my 6-week check-up and pockets are significantly improved. Based on this limited experience, things are going OK for me. Yes, I wish he didn't charge so much. Yes, I wish my insurance paid more. And, yes I wish there was no restriction in setting appointments further than 30 days into the future. However, hygenist Kayla, scheduler Natalie, and office manager Marion have treated my family and me very well. Exam rooms are very clean which isn't always the case these days in other dental offices.

I had to have a crown put in (currently have a temporary crown), and 1 filling had to be repaired. I got both of these done in 1 visit, and was in and out in under an hour. Including wait time (which there was none, I was called when I sat down), and checkout, I was done in less than an hour. I was stunned. Dr. Fey explains everything as he does it, is very personable, and wants to make sure you understand everything.

This dentist was able to fix what another dentist had messed up. I had a deadline and he worked with me on it and his staff has been MORE than helpful. Dr. Fey was very gentle and answered all of my questions. I let him know what I needed up front and he did everything above and beyond my dreams. I went from not taking pictures to being a camera hog. I could not have asked for a more patient and understanding dentist. I started this journey with my Mother-in-laws boss/dentist(as she is the dental hygienist) after multiple complications I chose Dr. Fey from my insurance plan. I praise Dr. Fey for everything he has done for me and my family.

Lauren did an outstanding job cleaning my teeth and answering my questions. Natalie also did an outstanding job during my check-in and -out. Both were very kind and personable. I didn't speak with Dr Fey during today's visit but feel he is extremely helpful and knowlegable based on past visits with him. I would highly recommend Dr Fey and his staff to my friends and coworkers.

IM a new patient, who will forever go to this dentist. My experience was awesome! I would put off going to the dentist, because of past bad experiences, but now I will be able to say I really take care of my teeth because of this dentist. Staff awesome too, especially Alice! Thank you all. I hope you don't get tired of seeing me!!

Very upsetting. Went in for a cleaning and came out with a deep cleaning of over $1000.00. Went to a periodontist which then stated I did not have the procedure that I thought I had and had to have surgery which is where I should have been directed to in the first place. Cancelled all further appointments and found another dentist that said I didnt need half the work I was quoted. I wouldn't recommend this dentist to anyone. Hold on to your wallet and seek a second opinion. A very experience.

My husband and i both had cavities filled...not was he rough and it was very painful, he failed to tell us that they were only temporaires! Both my husbad and I had our fillings fall out which we had fixed by a much better dentist! I recommend Dr. De Buyl in Katy,TX. He is very gentle, fillings never hurt, and on top of that I have had 6 veneers and crown lengthening done and everything turned out wonderful! He is top notch!

This is the most arrogant dentist I have ever met. The insurance I had was not on your option list but it was a HMO and would not let you schedule your next appt. in advance like other healthcare plans. I had to call one month prior. My neighbor had an unpleasant experience with his office as well when it came to insurance. I now have a different insurance and went back to my old to (great) dentist who will be doing some work on Dr. Fey's work.

I went in to get what they call deep teeth cleaning and after the evaluation Dr Fey asked me to speak with one of his office staff about how my insurance will cover the procedure. Now check this out, my insurance will cover 80% of the cost of the procedure and I will have to pay the 20%. The insurance will pay $1120 but my out of pocket would be $1518. So I looked at the quote carefully and questioned how their math of 20% co pay came up to $1518. Now the billing person told me because my insurance will not pay for something she called Arestin Full Mouth Wash, which I did not need. I decided to go to another dentist in downtown and my dental needs were properly taken care of and the fees were nothing close to what Dr Fey’s office was charging. Avoid this office like plague they will not only milk your Insurance, they will milk your pocket and the front attendant has a very nasty attitude always giving you the impression that she is doing you a favor. Run from this dentist.

I will not go to this office or dentist again. I feel I was overcharged as my ins covers the entire amt of cleaning and ck up and they still charged more plus when I asked for my xrays to be sent to a new dr they wanted to charge me again! I feel they are all about money! I would not recommend this office or dentist.THAT IS MY OPINION.

Dr. Fey seems to me to be a 'sales job'. One of the first times I went, I started getting a pushy pitch for veneers (which I don't need). The last couple of times I've been, they charged nearly $900 each for "deep scale' cleaning. Perhaps I needed that but it only takes 30 minutes and is done entirely by the hygenist...how can such a procedure cost that much?? On another occasion I got a crown which wasn't fitted right and left a big food trap. I pointed that out and they said it was fine, i just need to floss more....whatever....and Dr. Fey didn't even see me. I can NOT recommend this office. The girls are very nice but otherwise they just want your money.

Had 6 veneers that were put on by Dr. Fey 3 years ago. Since that time have had 4 or 5 veneers come off. The Dr. has no one backing him up, especially during Holidays and it takes a miracle to get them put back on. I recently complained about the most recent veneer that came off during the holidays, and had to pay another Dentist to put it back on. I then received a letter stating that the Dr. Fey would no longer provide dental care for me or my family. I would not recommend Dr. Fey for the most simple of dental procedures let alone something complex. It is apparent from this and reading the other comments posted here that Dr. Fey will not stand behind his work.

Selected this person from insurance provider list. I paid this jerk $3,370 up front and because I questioned a procedure it has been a nightmare. The dentist will not call me, see me,(talk to me when I am in his office and a part time assistant is working on me), or explain to me what I should expect in future treatments. The staff is equally rude. If I ask a question the response is "I don't know". I took my daughter with me on the last visit and wanted her in the room for moral support. They would not allow her in, though the time before she did come in the room. They quoted an OSHA Law as the reason, which turned out to be a false statement. They even locked the door to the hall after I went in. He has not completed the treatment plan I paid for. I am fearful of this man. He does not care about the patient. He refused to state I was under his care so short term disability will not pay. Lastly, he forgot to pre medicate me. I am a heart patient.

I was charged $1,000 fora teeth cleaning and routine xrays. This dentist is recommended as a preferred provider by Ameriplan USA and has agreed to charge the discounted rates they suggest. The rates they suggested would have totaled $187.99 That's quite a discrepency and I'm very unhappy with this experience. When I requested that he send my xrays to another dentist, he said that I must come to the office, sign a release, and pay a $50.00 duplication fee. I signed a release when I was in his office and I live 1 1/2 hours away from his office. Unreasonable requests?
