1)Throughout my pregnancy,I had informed Dr.Dunson that I wanted to have my tubes tied.During the C-section, she refused to do it because her medical assistant forgot to make me signed the consent paper.2)I had to pay to have the disability forms faxed to your HR.3)Two years after my chart was missing.4)During a pap test two other nurses were watching me in the room without my consent, the medical assistant kept on coming in the room (more than four time),and she even said: "Veronique doesn't mind."The physician assistant told me that ladies who already had kids usually don't mind been watched naked.5)I Couldn't make it to a biopsy, my husband called to inform that I had the flu, but I got charged $300 for canceling a surgery. Is a biopsy a surgery?If yes,nobody from that office had explained that to me.When calling billing office to clarify all that,they never called back.Overall they are very unprofessional, careless,just looking for ways to make you pay more money.

Dr.Dunson-Allen is wonderful. I just love her. She is very helpful and does not rush to get out of the exam room like most doctors. I would recommend her to all my female friends.

Dr. Dunson-Allen is the absolute best, I am so glad I found her. Outstanding in every way, she takes all the time needed and more, with every visit. Professional, personable, comforting, gentle, thorough. Highly recommended!

Absolutely the best. Warm, sensitive, knowledgeable, Dr. Dunson-Allen gives you 100% of her attention when she enters the room. You will never feel like your visit is timed, and she always takes the time to answer all your questions. I highly recommend her, and am so glad I found her when I moved to the Roswell area. Her staff is timely and friendly.

Dr. Shelley Dunson-Allen is one of the most honest and comforting doctors I have met. Her staff is just as warm. I had a miscarriage last year but she was very nice and sympatheic. I am pregnant again and still under her care. I am not sure if this will be a successful pregnancy but I trust Dr. Dunson-Allen and her staff. I would recommend her to any woman who is in need of care.

I've been under the care of Dr. Dunson-Allen for 10 years. She was not my first choice, but as it turns out, she was the best choice without me even knowing it. Having suffered a second trimester miscarriage under another doctors care, she gave me the knowledge, comfort, and faith that I needed to get through all of my high risk pregnancies. I travel a great distance to be under her care and I wouldn't have it any other way. She is the best!

This woman is not in the right profession..she is unhelpful, mercenary, and unprofessional toward her patients. She overbooks her appointments and make her patients wait for hrs on end to see her for just a few minutes. She is not very thorough or helful.

I moved to Atlanta 4 years ago, and was 6 months pregnant with our first child. Dr. Dunson-Allen is a joy and a wonderful ob/gyn. She has helped our family through the pregnancy and births of our 2 children and has been an incredible support through two miscarriages I feel so blessed to have found a caring,supportive and VERY professional doctor. She is just wonderful, as is her nurse Shannon! A great team to work with!! She is very direct and down to earth, which is what I love about her! An incredible woman!

Dr. Dunson-Allen made me feel comfortable and at ease during my examination and my procedure. She took the time to answer all my questions and to make sure I understood everything. My waiting time was very minimal and the staff was helpful as well. They even checked on me in the evening after my procedure to make sure I was o.k. I would highly recommend Dr. Dunson-Allen.

I HAVE BEEN SEEING DR. DUNSON-ALLEN FOR 4 YRS NOW. HER BEDSIDE MANNER HAS BEEN AWESOME. SHE IS VERY INFORMATIVE AND EXPLAINS EVERYTHING SHES DOING BEFORE SHE DOES IT SO THERE WILL BE NO SURPRISES. SHE ANSWERS ALL MY QUESTIONS THOROUGHLY AND HAS HAND OUTS AVAILABLE. I HAVE REFERRED MANY PEOPLE TO HERE AND MY WHOLE FAMILY SEES HER FOR THEIR YEARLY EXAMS. SHE IS THE BEST DOCTOR EVER. I waited over an hour the three times I visited Dr. Dunson-Allen's office. She did not spend time explaining my situation with me, nor did she make me feel at ease. I did not recieve my blood work results in a timely manner, and the nurse practitioner was extremely unprofessional and rude. I switched doctors as soon as I could!!!

The most comfortable I have ever been in a doctor's office... she is most attentive and considerate and I feel at ease with her. I have moved a couple hours away, but would still travel to her for my visits.

As a new mom-to-be, Dr.Dunson put my mind at ease right away. She was very calm, confident, and direct with a bit of a sense of humor. She explained every part of the exam, answered questions,and let me know what to expect for the next appointment. I also thought the staff was very pleasant. Although very busy, they remained friendly and I didn't feel as though I was being rushed through the door.

Being 21 and going to a gyno for the first time was a little unnearving. She was not personable didnt really prepare me for the experience and made a snide remark about my nipple peircings and my profession as a massage therapist. When she told me i had polycystic ovaries and then just blantly sai and btw you probaly wont be able to have children kinda threw me for a loop. So she may be knowladgeable but her bed side manner lacks in my opinion.

Dr. Dunson-Allen rocks! I delivred my first child in NY and moved here with no.2 on the way. I was actually nervous because I liked my doctor in NY. At my first appointment doctor Allan spent a long time with my husband and I. She has a warm personality and is definitely easy to talk to about family planning, and sometimes embarassing women issues. My doctor in NY was great but did not have the bedside manner that doctor Allan does. Sometimes I do have to wait for her and sometimes I do not. She is an ob/gyn so things do come up unplanned. I think that she is worth the wait.

I used her briefly during a pregnancy before I found a midwife. Even when arriving early for an appointment I had to wait to see her, sometimes as long as an hour past my scheduled appointment time. She seemed to be in a hurry when I asked her questions, often standing with her hand on the doorknob with one foot out the door. I also found her to be a little rough with the pelvic exam and dismissive of my concerns. Overall, not a good or personal experience, which is why I switched to a midwife.

Dr. Dunson Allen asked questions to discern whether my spouse and I were planning another child and gave me verbal and written information concerning family planning. She seemed very concerned about my welfare and healthcare needs.

Dr. Dunson-Allen was the first OB-GYN that actually initiated suggestions to me instead of me having to figure out the best choice for myself. Very informative, honest and knowledgeable. Made you feel very comfortable.
