:| Click to report rating    1/13/10 4 3 1 4  My husband, who suffered a stroke, was his patient; but he spoke to me as if my husband was not in the room. Acted like he was doing us a favor. He was in a hurry to get vital information and did not like questions. Rude to his nurses. I would not recommend him.

:( Click to report rating    6/25/09 1 2 1 3  was extremely rude and dismissive to his staff, very slow to respond to requests and very unhelpful. His treatment is taking weeks longer than necessary just due to the delays introduced by their processes. The Austin Gastroenterology practice won't let me switch doctors without a 2 week delay, which I can't afford while trying to manage a health crisis. This doctor's bedside manner needs help, but the practice itself is set up to encourage this kind of rudeness and inefficiency.
