My entire family sees Dr. Rupel. We have been going to him nearly 18 years! He is always helpful, personable and genuine. We Never feel rushed, and he always listens to our needs.No one better!!

My entire family have been patients of doctor Rupel for over 15 years. He is the best doctor I have ever had; I have somuch confidence in him that I have referred several close friends to him and they all love him as well. He is dedicated, caring, informative, doesn't hesitate to try 'alterative' options. He Rocks!

My entire family have been patients of Dr. Rupel's for over 15 years. My adult sons continue to see him - one with unique health issues - and the other who now brings his son to see him. Dr. Rupel is patient, kind and caring. His staff is always responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend him - and feel fortunate to have such a good man as our physician.

the bad rating below is too kind. I was forced to go to Dr. Rupel for the few times I needed help over the years as a youth and he was extremely mediocre and lackluster in even caring about what was going on, had no concept of punctuality, always 20 minutes late no matter what doctor you got. Later as an adult when I came to his office occupational medicine was in his title, and has changed BECAUSE of me, as he does nothing for occupational therapy and every time I had visited his doctors say "we don't do that". He has since changed the title to his officer per this complaint. His office manager is outrageously surly and hung up on me several occasions, would not fix a billing issue although stated she would "look into that" (hung up) & she never did until my father wrote a letter, and found many overbillings! on top of that one doctor AND Rupel would not follow through on an issue and just frankly dropped the ball. This office has severe issues, you would be horrified at my treatment.

Very set in his ways and not at all punctual in meeting the needs of my daughter. My daughter has been in the emergency room three times because this doctor wouldn't budge from his pre-determined position on what was wrong with her and because he wouldn't return my calls in a timely manner. We don't see this doctor any longer.

My family has been seeing Dr. Rupel for over 10 years. He rocks! He never makes you feel he is rushing to get you out of the office, very knowledgable, willingness to talk about other possible treatments, doesn't over-medicate. Can't say enough good about him.

Dr Rupel has been our family doctor for many years. He sees both the adults and children in our home. He is very caring and kind, very knowledgeable, and continues to build and amazing rapport with our family. We could not be more pleased with a family physician.
