09/07/14 1 1 1 1 Horrible!!!!! I seriously recommend you look at his rating on the better business bureau. He graded an "F". Look on Maryland Judicary Case search. Being and has been sued multiple times. Very dirty rooms and paid thousands to have work done that have not been completed after many yrs! Don't take my word for it...LOOK HIM UP!

07/04/14 5 5 5 5 Dan the hygienist is the best in town. He is very gentle and takes his time to make sure that you get the best care. The doctors here are great, Dr. Rabanal is the best. He does great work and I am so happy with everything I had done here. The staff at the front desk is great!! Always so helpful and nice!! Thanks for everything. MC  Respond

26/09/13 1 1 1 1 I feel so bad writing a bad review! Dr. Woods office is still sending me bill after I paid in full and they performed horrific dental work. .... Read on. ... I just had my teeth whitened with a dentist in Olney who found a few areas of decay he said should have been taken care of. I had just gone to Dr. Woods within the last month or so for five cavities and a root canal. I can't believe they left rot in my mouth. still tender from the work, which I though was a little violent. It gets worse. They had me pay my entire bill upfront -- $3,300. On each visit, they started to charge me as I left. I'd have to explain that I'd already paid everything up front like they required me to. No one ever knew what was going on. Then! I received a bill in the mail for $130 after all my work was done. No one had ever discussed additional charges with me. I tried calling the office, but that was two weeks ago and no one has called me back. So they might send it to collections and damage my credit.

10/04/13 4 3 3 4 I love this office. Ive been going there for 2 years now. Dan the hygienist is absolutely the best ever. I just had my 6 month cleaning and im going back for bleaching system next week. The staff is always nice and makes me feel welcome and that they truly care about me. It does get very busy at times with a reasonable wait time but they make sure i get the best care possible. They did tell me that they are adding new treatment rooms and having a dental host to help improve the wait time and the whole office will be revamped. Im very excited to see the final result. I would definitely recommend this office to others  See Responses

12/02/13 4 3 5 5 I had a very bad tooth ache and i needed an emergency dentist asap. Dr woods was able to see me the same day. Even though i was terrified they walked me through step by step what was going to happen. I never felt a thing. I was the best dental experience I have ever had. Dr woods even gave me his cell phone number in case i had questions or concerns. I will be going to see him from now on

10/05/11 1 3 1 2 Demanded $1000 up front to remove badly infected wisdom tooth, wouldn't even write a prescription for simple penicillin without that $1000.Hello.. people die from infected teeth.Going to another dentist who's more concerned with clearing up the infection & getting the tooth out asap so I don't die of sepsis.Unless you have the mighty $1000 laying around don't go to this place you'll get NO help & they'll swipe your CC for $90 before they even see you.

06/05/11 3 1 2 2 My major complaint with this doctor is them hounding you for pre-payment while you are there. Twice I was in the chair with a root canal issue and this Julie girl comes in wanting to know about payment. While I was in the chair with my mouth propped open. Thats just plain wrong! I also found them inconsistent with diagnosis from one of their own dentists to another. I have to back one final time. Then, I'm done with them.  Respond

08/01/11 1 1 1 1 I am an employee with Dr. Woods. His office is disgustingly dirty, as well as the Dr. Himself (his hygiene is awful) He hires inexperienced staff. Many of the assistants working here are unlicensed and have no idea what they are doing. Many have no degree or training in dentistry and assist in complicated procedures where skill is required. He pays ALL of his employees $10 per hour regardless of their position or experience. His wife Bobbi is the office manager, she does nothing but bad mouth patients and refuse to refund money for work that was done improperly or never done. Dr. Woods violates every hippa law, as well as OSHA guidelines. He has a new patient advisor who assists him in swindling old people out of their money. He pushes treatment on people who don't need it and sees prey in the elderly forcing them to get implants when the bone is not dense enough to hold the implant. Thus requiring them to come back for many visits, charging them for every visit.  See Responses

11/11/10 1 4 3 1 Do not go to this doctor. Never saw him; got an obviously inexperienced doctor who savagely cleaned my teeth without letting me know he was going to do this. Put in a crown, left it too high, had to come back again. on third appt. replacement doctor lied and said first doc was out of office. staff then told me he was gone as in gone forever. That was the last straw for me. Stopped going.  Respond

10/03/09 1 1 1 1 Went in for a tooth ach ,came out with a root lodged in my sinus.. Was then told to leave it in there ,that it won't hurt anything. Ended up at oral surg. who didn't believe the story and called Dr. Woods himself and couldn't believe he was told to leave it alone too.$1000.00 later it was removed. I tried to get them to pay up and was basiclly laughed at by his staff. have had sinus multiple sinus infections since. the place is joke. don't go there !!!!  Respond

27/01/09 1 1 2 2 My teeth used to be beautiful until I let Dr. Woods **** them. After I had three fillings replaced on the bottom and a crown put in just so you know my new dentist looked at the x rays Dr Woods took and stated I did not need a crown. Now that tooth is ruined and I had to get that crown replaced by the new dentist. Dr Woods was so agressive with my teeth that I have permanent scratches on my teeth from the cleaning and he chipped a molar and thanks to him I need a filling for it. The finance department for Dr Woods is a rip off they over charge the patient and do not apologize when they are caught. The staff is inexperienced the assistants do not know how to read and are no help to the Dentist. I highly do not recommend this dentist. This was the worst Dentist I ever visited and it saddens me to know that I will live with this mistake for the rest of my life. I hope this dentist loses his license before he does damage to children's teeth.
