Dr Pham is a champ. Very knowledgable and helpful. When we were due a refund for my daughter's eye exam because Tricare picked up the entire tab, her office called immediately and we had the refund that day.

I found her dishonest. She made me pay even though I had insurance, and when the insurance paid more than was estimated she would not refund balance. I should have reported her but did not know where to start.

Dr Pham is a very sharp doctor. She seems to be very well trained and gives great advice. My glasses are perfect and my last prescription was not usable!! I recommend her to anyone wanting expert care and great bedside manner.
