I have almost 10 yr experience with Dr. Gutierrez. He has treated our family and others we have referred and he has saved several lives by listening and making referrals that found uncommon diseases. He does an excellent job of what an internist is supposed to do, he listens and thinks about what might be wrong & makes good referrals if necessary. I also like that he allows time at the end of the day to take patients who need to be seen immediately. Extremely helpful when I was working.

This doctor gives you maybe 5 minutes of his time if you are lucky. He has no time for the patient and you get no communication from the office after tests or x-rays without calling and leaving at least 2 messages. The calls are always returned by a nurse and the information is sketchy at best. It is obvious this is like an assembly line to this clinic and the only concern of the doctor is to see as many patients in as short of a time as possible. He should not even be practicing medicine as there is no communication with the patient or their concerns whatsoever.

I'm middle aged and have been having numerous problems. The doctor did order tests to be done but basically acted as if it was all about menopause. I finally broke down and went to another doctor and found out that I have Lupus. I have a strong family history of Lupus and shame on Dr. Gutierrez for never even checking for it! I've been suffering for 8 months without help.

Dr. Gutierrez is very kind and actually listens to his patients. He thoroughly explains all options and procedures in terms the patient can understand.
