I have been seeing Dr Jackson for 4 years. I have found him to be very caring and sensitive. He advised that I needed to stop smoking. I cut back but did not stop. He encouraged me that every effort counted. I lost a few pounds and he suguested that we reduce the dose on some of my medications. I complained about the cost of some of the prescriptions and he was willing to sugguest alternative drugs. He has a light and easy spirit. And yes while he is answering any questions or concerns that you may have, he draws blood from you painlessly. I like him a lot. I could definitely do without the secretary she comes of unconcern and indifferent. That is why I rated staff low

Dr. Jackson might be a good Dr. but his staff are very unfriendly over the phone . It's hard to get a prescription, and when you call today expect the return call the next day or so.

I found Dr.Jackson through an employee of mine.He has treated me for the last 8 years and has done an unprecidented job!He is very complete and his knowledge is excellent.He is to the point and right on in his diagnosis.If calling after office hours you get his phone which he answers how is that for service!I would like to thank Dr.Jackson for treating me as well as being a good friend and taking the extra time personally.My highest praise for a man true to his proffesion.You will not find a better doctor than him.
Dr. Thomas E. Jackson is the best doctor I have seen. He is very attentive. Even though he doesn't have any nursing staff, he still manages to stay close to on-time and give his undivided attention. Don't be surprised when he draws your blood, does you EKG, and collects your urine cup all himself. He has been very accurate with diagnosing and treating my sicknesses. I know several people who have visited him and we are all very satisfied.

Dr. Jackson is very nice, and his staff is great. No nurses - just him and a secretary, so you know you're getting his attention. That said, he told me I might have a condition that's been discredited by almost all the major medical organizations, including the CDC. And I didn't like how his secretary called me with test results instead of him. Nice guy, though.

Absolutely the best! An excellent doctor who really cares about his patients and is friendly and accesible. A real throwback to times gone by!
