Dr. Straka and his team are very caring and thorough; they answered every question I had and always replied within 24 hours when I emailed them. They took their time with me both on the phone consult and the in-office pre-op visit; I never felt rushed. His anesthesiologist is absolutely the best as well! I had had a bad reaction to anesthesia with a previous procedure (unrelated) and was worried it would happen again. Dr. Straka and his anesthesiologist planned ahead to do everything they could to prevent that from happening and everything went perfectly.
