multiple times i have been scheduled for an appointment only to go there and find they have it written down on the wrong day (i carry the appt cards with me now to prove it to them) the receptionist is very unfriendly. dr palmer doesn't answer many questions and his visits are very brief as he wants to get in and out - poor bedside manner.
