First visit waited 1 hr 45 min. Second visit waited 1 hr 15 minutes before being asked to reschedule. I was given 2 excuses: he likes to take his time with patients (good practice anyway but the staff should know the approximate time he takes to avoid over bookings) & all the doctors were in that day with a limited number of examining rooms (staff should know that when booking appointments). Others in the waiting room indicated long waits were not uncommon. If they can call 3 times to remind one of appointments, why can’t they call before the appointment to say he is running late? Is business so good that his team doesn’t care nor respect patients’ time, is that the dr you want to do business with? I found his team to be disorganized. Unfortunate because in my one visit, I found him to be caring, interested & thorough. I found me another cardiologist as I don't need to deal with someone whose staff doesn't care or is not competent.
