:) Click to report rating *  3/8/10 5 5 5 I searched for to many doctors for my second delivery because I moved from NY to NJ and Dr. Andrin was the perfect match: very supportive, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. She delivered my second child in May 2007, it was a normal delivery and the labor was painless than my first experience, she made sure I didn’t suffer. I wished I could have her in my first. I switched her for another doctor close to my area because I moved 25 miles away and it was a horrible experience. Now I came back, March 2010, and recovered the trust of a doctor again. I don’t mind driving far to get to her office. I feel sorry that some people haven’t feel like me, but I would recommend Dr. Andrin 100%. Wonderful Doctor!

:) Click to report rating *  5/12/09 5 5 5 I have been a patient of Dr. Andrin's for a long time and I have to agree with the receptionist comments and I had some issues with one of the medical assistants, however I was just in this week and both the receptionis and the medical assistant are gone and there is a wonderful friendly new receptionist. I was very impressed with Dr. Andrin's expansion adding two new staff a PA and a midwife. I hope this helps with some of the long waits and allows for more face time with the doctor/staff. I would recommend this office to anyone

:( Click to report rating    4/24/09 1 2 1 This office literally screwed up every single thing. The appointment itself is fine, but they have messed up my prescription, my tests, and the advice they've given me since. I was just looking for someone to do my yearly without any problems, next year I will look elsewhere.

:| Click to report rating    3/8/09 2 3 3 The receptionist was extremely rude, she almost made me cry. Very insensitive to the fact that I was there for a pap to check on my abnormal cells. I dont remember the womans name that i saw, it wasnt Dr. Andrin, but she was not very unlowledgeable and screwed up my pap and caused me to have to come back for a second. and we all know how much fun that is!

:) Click to report rating    3/3/09 4 5 5 I love Dr Andrin, Sue (NP) , Kathy, and Alison. I find them all to be knowledgeable, caring, and warm. My only complaint is that the receptionist is extremely abrasive and rude. I would not want her to be representing my business.

:) Click to report rating    8/19/08 4 4 5 Dr. Andrin was my OB for both of my children. With my first she had a gut feeling and had me do an extra ultrasound that found a major birth defect. I had to deliver at a children's hospital so needless to say Dr Andrin was not present, but the support Dr Andrin and her staff gave me while dealing with my first pregnancy and defect was amazing. She offered to get emergency priveliges to deliver nearby if I choose the closer hospital. Her staff (Karen and Kathy) made arragements for me to see specialists and second opinions. They took care of everything so all I had to do was focus on my child's condition. I also got phone calls at home to see how I was periodically. Dr Andrin did deliver my second child and it was a breeze. I recommended to alot of people that also seem to like her. Dr Andrin is one of the best of the best of all times.

:) Click to report rating    8/14/08 3 5 4 Dr. Andrin delivered my daughter a few years ago, and I somewhat agree with what some of the other posters said. I definitely felt rushed alot of the time, and her bedside manner probably isnt the greatest. But that being said, she is a good doctor and in the end that's all I cared about. My biggest complaint now is I don't think I've seen the woman more than once since my daughter's birth; every appointment I have I am stuck with the nurse practitioner. Who is nice, but also not a doctor. I wish if her caseload was too much she'd add another doctor to the practice. I dont feel like I am in the best of hands when I see the NP.

:) Click to report rating    6/23/08 5 4 4 Dr. Andrin has always been great with me, she delivered my 1st and will be delivering my 2nd. I am not a big fan of the new receptionist either and the N.P. makes me feel very rushed. As for the Dr., she is on the quieter side, so if you dont' prepared with questions, you might not get a whole lot out of her, but for every question, I have no doubt that she knows the answer and has always spent the time with me to make sure I was comfortable with the answers given. I feel it is the patients responsibility to be prepared anyway - in my opinion.

:( Click to report rating    6/12/08 3 5 2 Dr. Andrin has delivered two of my children. She's really pleasant, but when you see her at an appointment, she doesn't offer anything and you do feel unassured and rushed through. I have also seen the Nurse Practitioner there. She is really nice, but borderline dangerous... The receptionist seems to have more common sense! Nice is nice, but they don't really seem very knowledgeable. I've had much much better OB/GYN's before, unfortunately, they were in California.

:) Click to report rating    4/10/08 5 5 5 I highly recommend Dr. Andrin to anyone and all of my friends who have gone to her share the same feeling. Dr Andrin always gives her patients personal care and her staff is kind and courteous. I do agree that she has a (relatively) new receptionist who is not always as friendly, but don't judge her practice by this one person. I have never encountered anyone else that was anything less than professional, and I don't think she does much more than answer phones and schedule appointments anyway. Be assured that any questions you may call with will be answered by someone knowledgable and friendly!

:( Click to report rating    3/24/08 1 2 1 Doctor is not very helpful and has little respect to the emotions of the patient, as they go through one of the most important and potentially stressful times of their life. Doctor appears not very knowledgeble to handle even the less risky medical conditions. Could not clarify some of the questions and sometimes the staff provides advise on them, which are often proved wrong. The worst part is, they never agree that it was a wrong advise despite the fact (results). The administrative staff are the ruddiest.

:) Click to report rating    2/27/08 5 4 4 Dr. Andrin delivered both my children - she has always conducted herself in a professional manner and is very kind and gentle. I read the earlier comments regarding concerns with feeling 'rushed' during visit, I believe that is not her intent and she will answer any question you have thoroughly. Unfortunately, my first child was stillborn and Dr. Andrin and her staff were extremely caring and sympathetic - they actually cried WITH me - and offered multiple resources to help my grieving process. I chose Dr. Andrin again to delivery my 2nd child...I knew I could count on her and her staff. She was incredibly understanding to all my demands and cared for me extremly well. I highly recommend her.

:| Click to report rating *  11/13/07 3 4 3 Dr. Andrin is pleasant however I have not found her to be as helpful as others who have posted. I am not sure if this is because now she is pregnant herself but I go for my monthly prenatal visits and leave there feeling less than assured. I have found that they only way I can find anything is if I make a list of questions and even then she answers all of my questions so quickly as if she is always in a rush. It is disappointing and frustrating because this is my first pregnancy and I would have liked to have a doctor who seemed more invested in their patient. The nurse is very nice and helpful. I found some of their receptionist extremely rude in fact Dr. Andrin noticed how rude one of them wase because I needed to change something on my record and she even commented to the receptionist to cool off! I am just curious if anyone else has experienced similar experiences?

:| Click to report rating    10/26/07 4 3 3 I had a hasty cesarean as she was in a hurry to go somewhere. She did not convince me with the reason for doing a cesarean section. For my second pregnancy i chose another physician.

:) Click to report rating    9/30/07 5 5 5 I met Dr. Andrin while in the Somerset ER for a massive blood clot in my leg. I was also pregnant at the time and she was the on-call OB. She so impressed both my partner and me that we immediately switched our OB/GYN appointments to her office. I honestly can't say enough about her kindness, her warmth and her bedside manner. She treats my partner and I no different than anyone else, speaks candidly and creates a calming environment. It's sometimes tough to get an appointment on days that work best for us but that happens at other doctors' offices, too. My exams are extremely painful due to a tipped uterus but she's patient and does her best to keep me calm and get me through it without too much stress. I would highly recommend Dr. Andrin if you're looking for one on one care and a doctor you can really talk to.

:) Click to report rating    2/18/07 5 5 Dr. Andrin is fantastic. I would recommend her to everyone. She has been really easy to talk to about everything that I have had questions on. I had a high risk pregnancy and she did an amazing job on my emergency C Section. I was getting up and down in and out of bed before 24 hours. She has always been available for me to contact at anytime.

:| Click to report rating    11/10/06 4 2 Since her practice is slow, she may try to bring you in for what I deemed unnecessary follow-ups ie. 3 month check on a birth control pill I'd already been on. I would suggest that you clarify these points ahead of time to avoid the unnecessary hassles.
