Pezzia diagnosed me wrong 2 times. His staff is arrogant to the max. They want you to come in all the time so they leach off your insurance. I do NOT recommend this Dr. or anyone within his practice.

I really like Dr Pezzia, however his staff leaves MUCH to be desired. I have been left holding in excess of 15 minutes on more than 3 occasions. I am not sure if the office is understaffed or if the staff simply is not efficient. Also, the staff does not follow through on returning authorizations to the insurance company and they actually sent my MRI orders to the incorrect imaging facility. A family member has been seen there for over a year with the same symptoms with no improvement. Amy Frank continues to promote the supplements that she sells at the office. Obviously we are now seeking another physician's opinion because this office has been of no help.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pezzia's for over 20 years. In this 20 years, his office has moved 2-3 times and I have followed him wherever he goes and will continue to do so. I am also a heart patient and Dr. Pezzia is very knowledgeable about my heart disease and takes care of all my meds so that I do not have to see my cardiologist as often. My cardiologiat totally trusts him with this, as do I! My entire family goes to Dr. Pezzia. My daughter is too young to see him right now so she sees Amy or Renee, his physician assistants. They are SO good with her and she loves them! Not only is Dr. Pezzia an amazing doctor that I trust with my life, his staff will bend over backwards to help me and my family with anything we need. I truly feel like they are a part of our family! I have referred many people to Dr. Pezzia and they have all been pleased as well!

Dr. Willy Pezzia and his associate are very professional, ethical and very helpful; they provide one of the best services in the medical/health area. Dr. Pezzia is our family doctor for the last 24 years; he is very knowledgeable, dedicated and cordial, we are very happy with his medical services, and his administrative personnel are the best; they are pleasant to deal with ; you really feel good when you visit with them, they treat you like family, and best of all, you don’t wait too long to be seen by the Dr. They have a good system in place, that meet the need, want and desire of the patient; we are very satisfied with their professional service. I highly recommend Dr. Pezzia and his associate; you can’t find any other Dr. that can compete with his knowledge and expertise. Zadok Hakim

I highly recommend Dr, Pezzia and his staff. Dr. Pezzia has been our family doctor for the past 16 years and there are not enoght words I could find to find my gratitude. Through the years he has help my three children, my husband and myself in any situation we have had. It doen't matter if is a smple cold, headache, kiddney infection, high blood pression, hernias, etc., Dr. Pezzia has been ALWAYS there for us. Even last year, he saw my 70 year old brother-in-law who came from Venezuela just to see him after we have talked so high about my doctor, Dr. Pezia. And, my brother-in-law was real happy because after seeing Dr. Pezzia his health did a 180 degrees turn. He went back to Venezuela and he is so happy Dr. Pezzia took the time to see him even thought he lives in Venezuela. THANK YOU SO MUCH Dr. Pezzia FOR ALL YOUR HELP!

I and my husband are both patients of dr Pezzia for over 14 years we are both very satisfy patients we like his way of caring his politeness , always a gentelmen very professional and caring way we both come to him with all kinds of health problems very serious and not so much and always he diagnose on the mark 100% or say not to worry one time I thought I have a heart attack and he check evrything and Asure me that I'm not, that is only panic attack don't need to go go to hospital .We both trust in his ability and knowledge ! Evrytime we make apointment we never wait no more than 30 minutes sometimes less than that ! He always take time to lessen ! He never hold the door knob and cut You off while you speak like some other dr I have been to visit ! We never have problem to get refill medicine if we need one ! His staff is very professional and polite I like his " blood" nurse she is the best ! You won't even feel nothing We highly recommend Dr Pezzia he is the Best! E&M Radlick
