Went in for yearly exam, and the visit felt very unorganized, I didn't even know it when they were done with me, and when I wandered to the nurses station to ask they all looked confused. My appointment was first thing in the morning, and there was a meeting that was going on for which they had tried to call me to reschedule my appointment. As I was leaving with the newly scheduled time Dr. Abrams ran out into the hall and said no she could see me now... The appointment was rushed feeling and I am sure it didnt have to do with the meeting, because another patient that came in at 9:15 for a 9:30 appointment was rushed right in as well, well after the meeting was over. I am at a loss as to why it felt so hectic this morning, and although Dr. Abrams is knowledgeable, the hastiness of the appointment and apparent confusion of the staff left a bad impression.

I went in for a yearly exam and was rushed in and out today. This is not the first time I have seen Dr. Abrams. Today she was very much in a hurry and I was told that her next appointment wasn't until 10:00 and mine was at 9:00am (I was actually early and was there at 8:30am), so I don't have a clue why she only spent a total of 5 minutes with me, including all necessary women checkups. I was done with my blood work, checkup, tests and everything within 15 minutes. I wasn't able to ask any questions and was treated like I didn't matter. I have never been so rudely treated. It wasn't a busy day, or a holiday and like I said before, her next appointment wasn't for another hour. I will not be going back, good bedside manner means a lot.

She has always took the time and listened to my problems and and worked with me on finding solutions to my health concerns. I have been going to her for 8 years.
