Dr. Lugerner is, simply put, a condescending and unfriendly person. He makes absolutely no effort to be compassionate, and does not seem to care in the least bit about the welfare of his patients. What he does care about is getting you out of the exam room as quickly as possible so that he can get the next paying customer through the door. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

This doctor was absolutely awful. Although he seemed knowledgeable as a physician, I was shocked at how knowledgeable and concerned he was about the billing process - as if he was already calculating how much $$ he could make from my appointment. He was so brusque and haughty. I wish I had read the reviews before making an appointment. I'm never going back again!

I switched doctors after one appointment. I have no problem getting my questions in at an appointment, but Lugerner seemed almost angry that I was taking up his time - and it was NOT that long of an appointment. He made no eye contact, was brusque, and rushed. On the plus side, he was very willing to write referrals. His office staff is extremely nice, but not great at what they do - Two different times I left a message requesting a call back, and both times, I waited a week, but there was not response, so I finally had to call back. Also, they would not call back when they said they would. It's really unfortunate that this is the case.

I have found Dr.Lugerner to be very intelligent and knowledgeable. He has always been willing to listen with compassion. The care I have received from his has been superior.

My experience with Dr. Lugerner was one I would never forget. After walking into the room without introducing himself, the appointment was extremely rushed. He did not answer any of my questions and made no eye contact. He was a complete waste of money and the 5 minutes that my appointment lasted. Do not waste your time with him.

He is the worst Dr. I have ever had! I had one visit to him after I sprained my ankle and for my asthma and allergies. He seemed rushed (tapping his feet impatiently while I was talking to him), was argumentative and sarcastic, completely unsympathetic, and basically didn't want to take the time to listen to me. It got so bad during the visit that I confronted him about his mannerisms and why he seemed to lack compassion. I told him that I wasn't feeling well, and I thought as a doctor he'd try to help instead of arguing w/ patients. I cancelled my follow-up visit and immediately changed my PCP.
