Very knowledgeable physician, but Medical Faculty Associates (MFA), the group practice with which he is now associated, is spectacularly unhelpful. Much of the issue centers on his front desk, which experiences constant churn; staff there is often arrogant and unhelpful. And God help you if you complain about the way you are treated by his front desk. You will not receive the courtesy of a response from MFA's patient relations person, and Dr. Ein will refuse to continue to see you as a patient. Additionally, beware MFA's medical records and billing sections--both often make mistakes, and parking at MFA is expensive. All that said, Dr. Ein is generally quite good, and very compassionate. Bottom line, good doctor, but you can get equivalent care elsewhere, without dealing with the disrespect and other issues of MFA. On the upside, MFA does take most insurance, which can be an issue. Bottom line, if you have good health insurance, consider a nice, quiet suburban practice.
