I saw Dr. Haile-Mariam at George Washington Hospital's Wound Care Center and I was immediately impressed. She diagnosed an underlying condition and recommended a course of treatment that (finally) brought it under control. She also improved my pain management plan by listening to my complaints and actually prescribing fewer drugs I had been taking. It's rare to find a doctor that will listen to you instead of just writing a prescription and sending you out the door. I would recommend Dr. Haile-Mariam to anyone in the DC area.
