Talks too fast and impersonal; staff is dingy and leaves voice mail message so fast you can't understand them

Doctor is very good and takes the time to get to know you and your condition. Front desk staff could use a little training on client relations and provide a smile to the client. After all, the client is the reason for her being employed.
