Dr. Green spends as much time with her patients as needed. Therefore, she can be very late with appointments, but you can always call and check on her schedule. Staff a mixed bag, but nurses excellent. Caring doctor and creative in solutions.

Christine Green should be banned from treating Lyme patients. Not only does she have no regard for time (I was once kept waiting for 5 hours...no, i am not kidding) but she is not educated on all of the therapeutic options. I, as well as others, have left her practice & actually gotten better from Lyme. Unlike her diagnosis of "well, guess you could get better". She uses are real "shot in the dark" approach with antibiotics and charges are ridiculous amount of money. In addition, she told me to call her if my neurological symptoms got worse & after 3 calls her assistant called me back saying she needed me to come in again for another $350 appt, didn't have time for another month & she would not be calling me back. She is truly was of the most thoughtless doctors i have ever death with in my life.

My 9 yr old daughter and I have both been seeing Dr. Green for Lyme and tick-borne co-infections since May 2011. We both like Dr. Green a lot. She is very knowledgeable and experienced, a great listener, inquisitive and smart, and kind and caring. We are fortunate and grateful to have Dr. Green treating us both.

Best doctor you could possibly have for vector borne disease. She is a true expert, extremely knowledgable. She is also a compassionate woman. I am prepared to wait because I know that she will give my child all the attention she needs.

I had been to see every specialist under the sun and no one could diagnose what I had. Even had the Western blot test which was on the border but just shy of full blown Lyme. Had been sick, fever, severe fatigue for a year, constipated. Saw Dr Green and she didn't think I had Lyme during our first appt. Ran a myriad of tests, and I do. She's been treating me for 9 months and I'm improving. Antibiotics and naturopathic. I don't know anyone who had Lyme that got better without antibiotics. My fever was gone within two weeks. Fatigue is better but since I'm chronic, it will take a while from all I've read. She spends at least 30-45 minutes with me ea time. Staff is very scattered and can be very, very unfriendly. Punctuality is atrocious but I know that going in so plan ahead. Knowledgable, caring, patient advocate, answers any and all questions. I'd give her a high rating. Just be prepared for a long wait and somewhat incompetent staff.

Although as everyone says, she is knowledgable, has good labwork, and is attentive to detail, the fact remains that after you meet with her, she is not available for monitoring or follow up of the dangerous drugs she prescribes. This is not good considering these drugs have a very poor history of side effects, including death.

Dr Green has been treating my wife for Lyme for a couple of years now and my wife has been improving under her care. Dr Green spends significant time with her and answers all questions. She seems to be a great caring doctor. Beware of her staff. They constantly screw up and always seem rushed.

Seeing one doctor after another for 4 months, 14 MDs total, I deteriorated very fast, I was so sick I could not get out of bed, could not go to work. I was still being told that "based on our test results, nothing seems to be wrong". When we finally found Dr. Green through a friend, she ordered the right tests and it turned out that a lot of things were wrong. She diagnosed me with Lyme, based on clinical symtpoms and serology. I responded to therapy in three weeks and got out of bed. I do not know what would have happened to me if I did not see her. She is very intelligent, knowledgeable, curious, scientific and caring. Her punctuality gets affected because she spends time with her patients, how ever long it takes. She does not rush the previous patient to be on time for the next patient. She leaves at 8PM. Staff is great. We are lucky that they work so hard for us. I wish Dr. Green spent more time in mentoring young doctors so that Lyme could better be addressed in the Bay Area.
