Sometimes there is a bit of a wait to see the DR. but I dont mind at all because I know the reason for the wait. When I goin to see Dr. Freeman I am NEVER rushed or hurried out of the office. Dr. Freman will take as much time as needed to insure i have had the proper care and that i have no unanswered questions. That is invaluable as a patient. So onthose days i may have to wait an extra 30 minutes or so i know that someone is getting excelent care and i wil recieve the same treatment. I have never had a Dr. like Dr. Freeman. He is a very special man that really cares about me and any health issues i may have. Being a nurse by profession i can say that i do not see many Dr.s as caring as he is. His staff is friendly, courteous, and professional and always calls to confirm my next appt. I love that! Al in all I rate him and his staff number 1!!!

While the staff and the Doc are very good in many areas the appointment time is not always kept. In once instance I had to wait over an hour to see the Doc past my appointment time. I know if I miss the appointment I am charged a fee. Other times is was 30 minutes past. The doc should understand the the patient has other appointments to keep as well. Maybe the patient should be paid for the Doc not keeping the appoint time. 15 minutes is Ok but an hour plus? I feel that the doc is looking out for my well being. He is one of the few who talks with his patients seeking how best to help them improve their health.

My first experience with Dr. Freeman was when he was working at the local urgent care, he was the first urgent care doctor that actually acted like he cared. That was probably 8 or 9 years ago and he has been my doctor ever since. I have recommended him to all my family and friends. Dr. Freeman and staff are the best!!!

Dr. Freeman is a professional. I am impressed by the level of care he provides as well as the attention he focuses on follow-up where he refers one to another doctor. I feel more like a partner in my care and less like a traditional "patient". All of this takes place in a cordial, upbeat, friendly office setting which is what "customer service" is all about.

Dr. Freeman and his staff are very friendly. He takes his time and he's very thorough. I'm surprised that the wait to see him isn't long at all. He gives out his number so you can contact him after hours. I got a skin infection when I went to California and instead of going to an urgent care or the emergency room I was able to get a hold of Dr. Freeman. He told me to take a picture of my skin and e-mail it to him. Not even 10 minutes later he replied with his diagnosis and prescribed me antibiotics. In a matter of days my skin was better and I didn't have to go anywhere in California to get it treated. Where else can you find a doctor like that? He's very modernized and he does a lot of things electronically. I have never had a doctor like him and I'm glad to have him as my doctor.

Staff always greets you by name and are pleasant. Dr, Freeman takes the time you need to answer all of your concerns. He always asks lifestyle questions to assist you in making wise choices or necessary changes to benefit your health. We feel that Dr Freeman genuinely cares about people and making sure we stay healthy. Even though he has a higher education than most of us he never makes you feel like he is better than anyone else. Talking to him is much like talking with a friend, very easy going. There have been times when he was unable to help me and refered me to specialists. Whenever you have lab work done Dr Freeman calls you himself with the results. And one of the most impressive things is that he gives his patients his mobile number! He makes himself available and accessable to us. He is most unique, we have never had such a special doctor he is one in a million.

I have been going to Dr. Freeman for about a year now and my health has improved more under his care than any doctor I have had before. Dr. Freeman goes out of his way to help patients and is thorough in his exams and follow-ups. Best doctor I have ever had.

I haven't been to see a doctor in quite some time, but I had some health problems and really needed a primary doctor. I called a couple Doctors in my town but no one would see a new patient within a couple weeks. Dr. Freeman, however, was able to slip me in within a couple days. First impression of the offices? Great! Very comfortable couches and nice lighting. I didn't feel like I was "at the Doctors." Now about Dr. Freeman... great guy! I felt comfortable with him and he went beyond what any other Doctor has done for me. He seems like a Doctor that actually cares. He took the time to educate me and offer me a variety of solutions. I don't have insurance, but I will continue to return to Dr. Freeman for my health needs.

My first encounter with Dr.Freeman was very recent. He became my family doctor because he was very caring and informative. He took the time to explain all of my tests results so I could understand the route we would take so I could recover the safest and fastest way possible. He was very knowledgeable and considerate of my feelings. I felt that i could tell him anything and he would not judge me. He understood my lack of not going to a doctor sooner and put my mind at ease about choosing him and his staff for my treatment. Everyone in his employment was very helpful and extremely friendly. I plan to recommend him to my friends and co-workers so they can have the best care given to them,as I have recieved. I now look forward to my visits to the doctor and hope to recover as fast as he has recommended, as long as I follow his course of recommendations. Thank God I have finally found a great doctor!!!

I am very glad that I found Dr Freeman, I met him few years ago at the urgent care and was very impressed with his care and followed him to his private practice. Without ant extra fees I can call him on his cell phone any time and he always answer it. He treat me like a friend. His staff are very good and friendly too.

My insurance comppany is Arizona foundation - which is not a choice under Insurance company. Dr Freeman and his staff are wondeful care providers who offer great clinical care. He has helped my daughter stay out of the emergency room by assessing her needs timely.

At Doctor Freeman's office, you are a patient, not a number. He remembers you when you come in and remembers what your issues are before he even checks your chart. I have never had a doctor so accessible to me either. We have had to contact him a few times in the last couple of years by phone or email while vacationing to get medical advice and were shocked when we got a personal response each time! This is almost unheard of any more! Thank you, Dr. Freeman! Yuma really needed you!

He has so much knowledge other doctors here in town dont and as we all know Yuma is a small town, We are honored to have come across such a good doctor. I have been very satisfied with the approach Dr. Freeman has taken in managing my medical problems. I have recommended him to my friends and family. I first met him at Urgentcare in Yuma when he treated my ear, and throat infection. I felt better the next day. I have a lot of faith in his approach with managing health problems.

Dr.Freeman is very thorough and is up to date on the latest medical information. He and his staff have a caring and professional manner. I feel very comfortable to have him as my Doctor. I am glad to find a doctor that practices preventative health care instead of waiting until a problem comes and then try to fix it. He looks at the entire medical history and not just a part of the history. Since I have been going to Dr.Freeman, I have been the healthiest ever.

Dr. Freeman is the best doctor I have dealt with. He is very attentive takes time discussing issues and I don't ever feel rushed when I am there to see him. His treatment plans have always been successful and he does not hesitate to make changes if I feel they are not working for me. As for his staff, they are very pleasant and friendly and I have never had to spend much time waiting for my apoointment and when you are taking time off from work that is a huge benenfit. Over all, every experience I have had at this office has been very postive. I like the fact that he explains things to you and even provides literature and information on your condition prior to leaving his office. Due to his willingness to listen and not be judgmental he has slowly showed me that I should not be ashamed to admit that I do not feel well and has helped me recognize other issues in my life that may be the cause to my illnesses. Would not hesitate to recommend this doctor.

A very nice guy. Easy to talk with. Which really helps him to be one of the best diagnosticians that I have encountered. He found something for me that many other doctors had not even considered. Dr. Mitch Freeman is the best doctor I've ever had. He spends time with his patients and discuss patients concerns. And if he gives you prescribe meds, he faxes it to your pharmacy, very convenient. So when you get out of his office you're meds is already for pick-up. Importantly, the only Dr. I have so far that I can reach after office hours if I am sick of have questions.

They are couteous, polite and very generous with their time. I've never met a better team in all my years of dealing with many different types of doctors. I have strugled with my overweight problem for long time.Then I started going to Dr Freeman and he helped me count my Calories and put me on 1200k diet and started me on metformin that helped my irreguler period and controling my weight. The staff was ver curteous and always helpfull. I am very glad that i found Dr Freeman.

I have been a patient for almost one year. The service has been exceptional. This has been the only doctor that I feel I get all my questions answered. He is willing to take the time to explain everything. This makes me me feel comfortable. Dr. Freeman is probably the first doctor that I actually trust. His staff is friendly, helpful, and will go out their way to make sure you have a pleasant visit. I highly recommend this doctor.

His use of technology is so helpful. You leave the office with a print out as to what you reported your concerns are as well as the course of treatment. I like the fact that Dr. Freeman ask questions and probes further into whatever is bothering you. He doesn't leave any stone unturned! My isurance recently changed and I am so disappointed that Dr. Freeman is not in my network. I am petitioning my insurance company to accept him.

The entire office staff, including Dr Freeman, are courteous, smart, knowledgable, friendly and helpful. I feel like I am well cared for, this office is simply genuine. The girls are always available for me to speak with, as is Dr Freeman. The level of medical care is excellent, and I am always seen the same day as I call if I am in need of medical attention. Dr Freeman is an excellent Dr with a bed side manner that all Dr's should strive for. He is easy to talk with, and explains things in a way that I can understand. Hi medical directives are clear, he provides wonderful care for me and my family. I would reccommend this physician, and his staff.

I feel like am talking to a Dr. when i visite with him, not talking to some sort of a trained machine..! when i talke to him he gives me all his attention and i feel i am the only pt he has that day. He's alwayes with in reach if i ever need him. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

My husband hates to see the Dr, but after I met Dr. Freeman and his staff I knew that if I could get my husband through the door, he would feel at ease w/ Dr. Freeman and his staff. I WAS RIGHT! My husband does not argue about seeing the DR for routine checkups or when he is really sick and needs medical attention. My kids love Dr. Freeman and his staff. The only thing that could make this a better office is if they had their own lab to do their blood draws and exrays and such... Other than that, DR FREEMAN AND STAFF ARE AWESOME

Dr. Freeman is efficient, interested and caring. He makes me care about taking better care of my health. He is available 24/7 to patients and I have found this a life saver in one such instance on a weekend out of town. I hate his "talking scale"; but otherwise I find him to be an exceptional Dr. I came to him after he left a clinic as I was impressed with services he had provided at the urgent care clinic and am very satisfied with his medical services. I recommend him highly.

i changed my insurance company so that i could go DR Freeman.i would not go to any other DR . he is a true family doctor! he pays attention to you. he doesnt seem to worry that my time with him in his office is taking too long. other doctors could learn from the way he operates.

Dr. Freeman is great. I can usually get in touch with him by email or phone as needed when I have a question about whether to come in or not to see him. I moved out of the area and use a different insurance, but would occasionally travel there just to be treated there if needed in the future.

I have been to several doctor offices and sometimes the doctor is great, but the staff is very poor or vice versa, the staff is great but the doctor is vague in explanations or sometimes rude and unfriendly. Dr. Freeman's office provides a level of comfortableness, to which you can sit and talk to him for a period of time and not realize how much time has gone by. Due to the time he invests in his patients, one can expect to sometimes have to wait a little longer when their appointment is up in the waiting room. Which by the way his waiting room is also very comfortable and has a variety of reading material. His front office is also very caring, much so that when you speak to them on the phone, you could just ramble on about yourself and how you feel that I'm not sure if they would stop you! I have already recommended Dr. Freeman's office to colleagues, friends, and family.

Dr. Freeman treated me a couple of times my wife as well and he was just fine. We would still be going to him if we still lived in yuma.

Dr. Freeman is a good Doctor and his office staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Freeman is good with children and seems to really care about their well-being. The only negatives I have him are the wait times in the waiting room can be quite long, but he does tend to take his time with his patients. I dodn't like that when he asks you to describe your ailment he sits at his desk and types on the computer.

AS A TELEVISION NEWS ANCHOR AND REPORTER, I HAVE MET, INTERVIEWED AND EVEN USED THE SERVICES OF MANY DOCTORS. HOWEVER, DR. FREEMAN'S PRACTICE IS ONE THAT I CANT SPEAK ENOUGH ABOUT, HE'S TRULY GREAT AT WHAT HE DOES. DR. FREEMAN'S STAFF GETS A HIGH RATING BECAUSE THEY PROCESSED MY APPOINTMENTS AND INSURANCE NEEDS WITH EASE AND IN A TIMELY MANNER. DR. FREEMAN IS ALWAYS ON-TIME AND I NEVER HAVE TO WAIT FOR AN APPOINTMENT OR FACE DELAYS DURING A VISIT. OVERALL HE CARES AND THAT'S WHAT I LIKE ABOUT HIM: I FEEL LIKE A PERSON OR FRIEND TO HIM RATHER THAN JUST A NUMBER ON HIS DAILY LIST OF APPOMITMENTS. HE'S ALWAYS BEEN HELPFUL WITH USEFUL INFORMATION ON HOW TO REMEDY MY AILMENTS AND KNOWLEDGABLE ON HEALTH CONDITIONS AND MEDICATIONS: WHICH ONES ARE SAFE AND WHICH ONES MAY HAVE ADVERSE EFFECTS. I HAVE HAD MANY GOOD DOCTORS IN MY LIFETIME, BUT THERE'S ONLY A FEW OF THEM I CONSIDER GREAT AND DR. FREEMAN IS DEFINATELY ONE OF THEM WITHOUT QUESTION.

Dr Freeman is a wonderful practitioner who has given my family wonderful care the past 3 years. My daughters who are 18 & 19 find comfort in his bedside manner and we appreciate his office staff. Dr Freeman has often gone above and beyond to meet our needs.

I have been very happy with the services I receive from Dr. Freeman and his office. He gives detailed information about my illnesses and also great with my daughter - she is comfortable going . Also, the staff is very good. I usually never have to wait more than 15 minutes, easy to get an appt with and having everything computerized - I think is a big plus.

The best you can not ask for someone more caring, professional and accurate. I had a daughter seeing a specialist for almost two years and they could not figure out what she had. Within two visits with him he accurately diagnosed her and we saw complete health change. In addition when we were on vacation and she became ill we called him and he immediately spoke to the doctor and explained what he wanted done. You can't ask for a better doctor.

Dr. Freeman is an awesome doctor. He is really to spend as much time as needed to answer any questions you may have. It also uses a lot of humor to get across when you have not made as much progress as he wanted to losing weight! I reccomend him to anyone looking for a new doctor!

I was so happily surprised at the amount of time Dr. Freeman spent with me on my initial visit and how willing he was to listen to my input on my condition. I left feeling very confident in his ability and have hope that we'll get to the bottom of this problem. I was extremely impressed with his staff also. They're very friendly and open without losing their professionalism...a rare quality. Dr. Freeman also was so thorough, that I felt I was getting a Dr. who cared about the health of his clients, not just one who was bored with his profession, nor egotistical about his own knowledge, though I do have great faith in his knowledge. He told me many things in many areas of which I was unaware. In short, I was very impressed and so glad I found this Dr. and his staff!
