Dr Chin is great. He showed concern and expertise. He spent much time on the diagnosis and treatment and was fully engaged. He returns your calls timely and calls you on every step of the procedure. Now his office staff is a different subject. That Crystal(Crysta) is no help to him at all. She is indifferent and could care less about her job or his patients. She doesn't return calls and makes YOU feel like it is a bother to help you. She is RUDE!!! I own my own business and I can tell you, she would have lasted about 10 seconds in my office. But, not to take away from Dr. Chin and I would recommend him.

Best doc I've ever had ~ immediate work-in when Dx of dreaded disease was suspected ~ HE called me at home w/ every change in trtmt plan as ins co obstacles got worked out ~ HE gets you from wtg rm & sees you w/ no wait ~ sits knee-to-knee & is very thorough ~ he called in associate for 2nd opinion (was immediate & at N/C) ~ never rushed & takes time to answer family member's questions ~ explains trtmt options he's in favor of & lets YOU decide ~ also has sense of humor & visits have been fun, friendly & relaxed when drama was behind us. It's very odd that his staff are so blah & robotic but they take nothing away from the recommendation.

Dr Chin is wonderful. His office staff is a nightmare and difficult to deal with scheduling as well as your appointment
