:) Click to report rating    11/12/09 5 5 5 5  i have seen dr ancill for 8 years i was in a car accident and suffered a brain injury. he truly helped me and stood by me thru many hard times in my life and recovery. the other comments how his personality is, thats just him. get to the point kinda thing. i respect him and he is a very good doctor.

:) Click to report rating *  2/19/09 5 5 5 5  dr ancill has treated my husband amazingly so far. initially i was a little put-off my his bedside manner, which is a little brusque and no-nonsense, but i got used to it and i don't feel that it gets in the way of his work. i have seen amazing improvement in my husband, and dr ancill has been great in listening to concerns over medication side effects, as well as being an encouragement that things will get better!

:) Click to report rating    12/17/08 5 5 5 5  I had no help from my family doctor or from any one else unti I was refrred to see Dr Ancill. I had a brain injury from being knocked down on a crosswalk and ICBC wouldn't do anything. Dr Ancill never gave up on me and I am better than I was. I may have a long way to go but I might not even be here if it wasn't for this doctor.

:| Click to report rating    12/10/08 3 3 2 4  Dr Ancill was a notoriously conceited and aggressive director of a geriatric psychiatry unit in Vancouver, and was rumored to be in the pocket of drug companies. I wondered what happened to him.

:) Click to report rating    8/24/08 5 5 5 5  Dr Ancill was instrumental in making a diagnosis of my husbands brain injury that changed our lives completely. Without his interventions and support we would not have survived as a family. He will support you all the way if he knows you are a legitimate case for an injury claim.

Dr Ancill is a compassionate and kind man who cares deeply about his patients. He is also a brilliant professional who is extremely knowledgeable in his field
