I went to see Dr Klapper over a year ago after my insurance changed & I needed to see a different dermatologist. I was getting a full body scan every six months because of my past history with basal cell carcinoma. He was not nice to talk to & when he did he talk down to you. I asked him to freeze off some seborrheic keratoses spots & he said that I would have to be charged for this service (which was not true) but what really made me mad was when I asked him for a new perscription for one of my cream medications & he told me to see my family doctor. He seemed to be in a rush & did not want to deal with me This was the first & last time that I saw Dr Klapper & would not recommend him to anyone. If you are looking for a friendly & excellent dermatologist under the Tricare US Family Health Plan I highly recommend Dr Jill Allbritton, she will go out of her way to answer any of your questions & service your needs but it might take a while to get an appt with her; she is in high demand.
