Dr. Udupa is very knowledgeable and the best part we like about her is her confidence in the diagnosis. We had our son taken to emergency for a problem where the PA on duty ordered immense tests suspecting some stupid problems. As soon as Dr. Udupa's office opened, we pulled him out of emergency and took to her and she immediately figured out what it was. Also we very much like the fact that you can talk to the doctor pretty much 24/7. Either Dr. Udupa or Dr. Jujare would return your call. Their medical advice in need is much more helpful that hearing from a nurse on the insurance hotline who reads from a book. I would agree with others that the admin staff need to be better and the office in general needs a makeover. The place doesn't look very appealing and you always have second thoughts about the cleanliness of the place. The carpet could be replaced and the rooms could be repainted. The wait times are a bit longer, but I won't complain because the doc spends enough time with you.

The Doctor is excellent, she gives a great advice and does a perfect diagnosis. But the front office needs a CHANGE.Please have more staff to support patient calls for information or appointment.

Although I am certain Dr. Udupa did her best, my family was put through the wringer because of an incorrect diagnosis of my 1 year old. I think it's only fair for people to know that Dr. Udupa's practice is only a couple of years old. Our family would never had to go through the crises it did if we had chosen a more experienced physician in the first place.

She is sharp and to the point in discussions. She has tremendous experience in handling different kid's health conditions. Very prompt in returning calls. Willing to receive call after office hours.. There is no punctuality. Average wait time is 45 to 60 minutes. You cannot communicate by email..

She is very good in diagnosis and treatment and returns calls on time no matter what the time is .One of the best Doctors I ve seen

Dr. Udupa is caring, knowledgeable and courteous. She is a competent pediatrician and nearly the best among the many we have been to over the last four years in different states and in Canada.

She does sound a little curt when we talk to her. But she's quite knowledgeable and very good in diagnosing. My daughter had sporadic coughing which she correctly diagnosed as connected to Asthma. We had taken her to another very good doctor, who just dismissed it as allergy. And one more thing - She always returns our call, irrespective of the time we contact her.

Very understanding and helpful. I mean, she replies all calls irrespective of whatever time you call! How many doctors do that? Especially in the field of pediatrics where every concerned parent calls for the slightest doubt with their kid...

The Doctor is very courteous reachable ,available ,responsive and empathizing .quick in understanding the symptoms and very good in diagnosis and effective treatment .We always got a call back from the doctor on time for our messages .To what we know we have always been happy with this doctor

During regular business hours, the telephone lines are often busy or an answering machine takes the call. Doctor is arrogant, unhelpful & argumentive.
