:) Click to report rating    8/7/09 5 5 5 5  Dr. Tafur is great. He cares about his patients and knows your history before he comes in the room to see you, whether he remembers or looks at the file. He remembered me after me not seeing him for several years. He knew what I had seen him for in the past without having any file with my information in it. This mattered to me. It shows that he does care about his patients. His staff is very nice but yet professional. He has a phone service to followup visits and explain lab test results.

:( Click to report rating    8/7/08 2 1 1 1  Dr. Tafur overscheduled his patients (standing room only) and then tried to blame me for why he could not perform the minor surgery that I was scheduled for that day. The problem is his nurse had already told me that he was overbooked and had 2 surgeries scheduled at the same time. Front desk staff refused to refund my co-pay (which they make you pre-pay before seeing the doctor.) I actually would have understood and rescheduled if he had just admitted they made a mistake.
