He ordered a test but then said he wouldn't be around to get the results because he had to pick his kids up from piano lessons. I thought that considering we were with our ill child that was pretty insensitive and do we really care? | Respond |

Service is incomparable to what you get in big city slums (long waits in the waiting room and carelessness). He's knowledgeable, empathetic, and translates everything into easy terms and concepts. My only beef is that sometimes it's hard to get an immediate appointment which is hard if something immediate comes up (ie. concerning the kids). Sometimes we can't get in with him for a week or two. We use emergency more frequently than we care to admit for that reason. | Respond |

I found him helpful in most cases- I'd say 90% and I agree with everybody that he listens to you and tries to understand your problems. Living aver 5,000 miles away-it could have been a panicky situation-but he was amazing in keeping me up to date daily by phone while we made arrangements to pick my father up. We were flown to edmonton and stayed there for over a week at Christmas and Dr. Seal called everyday to see if we were recieving good care and did we need anything, etc.! He's a doctor you can talk to and he doesn't make you feel inferior- he talks like everyone else and doesn't use terms that scare or confuse patients. Miss him as our doc and hope he is doing great in Whitehorse!! | Respond |
