Also had my mouth mauled by a student intern that I felt I could not easily refuse during one visit. My last visit was the worst, most unbelievable experience of my life at a dentist's office. Staff is nice except for an older woman who actually castigated me for not returning a reminder call about an appointment (which I did not receive), plus she exhibited other equally unacceptable and unprofessional behavior, which I will not go into here, but it was awful. The dentist is a loud and abrasive woman, and she actually complained to me about \"those rich Ballantyne housewives who don't pay their bills,\" which was laughable, given our particular case. After completely bizarre and unacceptable treatment, when I threatened to leave a negative review, the dentist actually smirked and said that all she had to counter it was to say it was a payment issue. Our credit is virtually perfect. I left very disgruntled after trying to pay for services rendered, which was REFUSED. I cannot in all good conscience recommend this woman. We had previously just left a practice where we had a decades-long relationship because my husband's office moved to this area.
