:) Click to report rating    1/26/10 2 4 5 5  I thought Dr. LaCava was great. He spent quite a bit of time talking to me and asking me questions. He answered all the questions I had. He also consulted with another one of my doctors to get more information. The three month wait to get an appointment was worth it. The only problem I had was when the staff canceled my initial appointment. They did not call my correct number to confirm the appointment, so when they could not reach me they cancelled it. I waited 3 months for the appointment and had to wait another 3 weeks to be seen.

:( Click to report rating    11/23/09 2 3 1 1  Arrogant, rude and an overall jerk. Terrible bedside manner. Dismissive and condescending. Avoid this man if you want someone to actually listen to your symptoms.

:) Click to report rating    9/24/09 5 5 5 5  Dr Lacava is a superb Doctor and an expert in endocrine systems. He is a good listener and superb at diagnosis. If you can get in, he is the Doctor of choice.

:) Click to report rating    4/7/08 5 5 5 5  I was a patient of Dr. LaCava's for several years before having to move away. I absolutely had the best care as a diabetic! I only wish I had him where I live now as I haven't found anyone who could compare with him.

:) Click to report rating    4/2/08 5 5 5 5  Dr. La Cava spends a lot of time with his patients and is remarkably good with Diabetics. He is a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to biomarker goals like A1C. Overall he's a really nice guy and the best doctor I've ever had.
