:( Click to report rating    2/25/10 1 1 1 Shelly Kramer is rude and her bedside manner is horrible. Many times she spoke to me as if I was a child. I was in the hospital and she told me that i needed to follow up with her when I was discharged, yet when I tried to make an appointment it took over 2 weeks. I had to reminder her about prescriptions I needed several times for my heart. She yelled at me one time for taking a phone call in the waiting room even though I was the only one there and after having to wait well past my scheduled appointment. I have had no problems with Eric and at least half of her front office staff was pleasant to deal with. However if you are looking for a doctor who actually seems to care about your well being it is not Shelly Kramer. I questioned her many times regarding something she did for me in a previous appointment and she would tell me that never happened! A good doctor is not accepting new patients, you should have no problem getting into see Shelly

:| Click to report rating    12/11/09 2 3 2 I was patient for over 10 yrs. Overall a bad experience. You don't really know your doctor untill you really need them and sadly I had a bad experiece on several occasions with this office. Appointments not available for over a week when you are SICK and need care right away, impossible to get a hold of ANYONE during off hours. Staff is unprofessional. I stuck it out b/c I rarely go to the doctor, I 've never been to a hospital but to give birth to my kids. Now I am getting older, cannot afford to be sick and do not have the time or patience to deal with the unprofessional attitude from this office.

:( Click to report rating    6/14/09 1 2 1 Sadly, I must agree with most of the posters here. She really is an unprofessional doctor. I don't think she wants to be a doctor. The way patients are treated by the "staff" is inexcusable. My husband thinks this entire place is a cover for something else. We were sent to this doctor years ago when we had an HMO and had little choice of doctor. The only reason I still call her my PC is that I don't really need her that much. But now that I'm getting older, it is time to find a real doctor. A professional practice. Kind receptionist... you know, basic stuff that one should expect from a doctor's office.

:( Click to report rating    5/13/09 1 2 1 It took me two weeks to get an appointment with Dr. Kramer. During the appointment, I asked a question and she told me that she does not answer more than one question during an appointment. She wanted me to make a second appointment to ask a second question! I was stunned. And gone... got a great new doctor. I honestly question whether or not this woman is a doctor.

:( Click to report rating    5/13/09 1 2 1 Worst office ever. I don't even think "Nurse" Eric has a high school diploma - and he always reeks of cigarettes. You will not be able to get past the receptionist for an appointment. No matter what you are calling for, you will be told to go out and buy Mucinex and "give it at least a week" before you call back. The few times I've been able to see Dr. Kramer, she tells me how much she doesn't want to be a doctor! And she's even rolled her eyes when I told her why I was there!! If it wasn't for her nurse practitioner Suzanne, I would not be going here. Suzanne is great - she deserves better than this group of nasties. I am looking for a new doctor right now - which is why I am on this site in the first place!! RUN from this practice.... RUN, RUN, RUN!!!!!

:( Click to report rating    2/21/09 1 4 1 I'm surprised Dr. Krammer has any patients left. The only high mark she has received here is being on time! This office is a joke! No one seems to care about you. I received scary test results back from a chest x-ray and her "nurse" could not explain them to me nor could I talk to Dr. Krammer! I got the run around at that office. I have now changed Dr's and my "scary test results" where actually read wrong by Krammer's nurse! I'm so glad I am out of that office! STAY FAR AWAY from Krammer and her staff!

:| Click to report rating    2/12/09 1 5 2 It is very very difficult to contact anybody at this office in person to answer questions, get test results or seek a referral to a specialist. Receptionist has a poor attitude and acts as though she is doing you a favor or as if you are interupting her from whatever she is doing (usually chatting with co-workers). It is very frustrating and I am on the verge of changing doctors. I would not recommend this office.

:| Click to report rating    12/11/08 1 1 2 I transferred to Dr. Kramer's office at the advice of a friend since my primary doctor moved out of state. Dr. Kramer's office is the worst I've ever had. I call for basic sinus infections and lyme tests and available appts have all been over a week away. Twice they neglected to process a referral, costing me over $150 as a result. I'm in the process now of finding a new doctor, and at this point I'd take ANYONE.

:( Click to report rating    11/15/08 1 1 2 Let's just say that there is a reason Dr. Krammer is still taking new patients. This is the rudest and most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered!

:( Click to report rating    10/10/08 1 3 1 Horrible office. After waiting for 1.5 weeks to get a sick visit appt. Dr. Krammer stands by the door and asks you questions on why you are here today! She then does a quick exam and sends you on your way with PLENTY of drugs! I found a much better Dr. and office staff so I thankfully don't have to deal with her or her staff again!

:( Click to report rating    9/26/08 1 1 1 I had a really lousy experience with Dr. Kramers office (actually a string of lousy experiences). Everyone is rude and in a rush to get you in and out of their way. They seem to have no idea that they are all so terrible at what they do...decided to get a new dr. and already feel better.

:( Click to report rating    7/11/08 2 3 1 I am looking to switch Dr's now. I never get to see Dr. Kramer and although her Nurse Practitioner is friendly they never spend more than a minute on you and make you feel like you are an inconvenience.

:( Click to report rating *  7/7/08 1 1 1 I TOTALLY agree. Maybe the rudest staff I have ever experienced. Everything was greeted with a sigh...i.e.simple things like making an appointment. They gossip with Kramer and the nurse practitioner with you standing there, customer service is not high on the priority list there. Medical sales reps are in the office like flies on honey, they don't get the sighs... The last time I went in for an appointment I was again treated like garbage and that was it, I got a new doctor and I could not be happier. The new doctor and staff were so nice! A 100 percent change for the better!!!!! I had forgotten what it was like to deal with a doctor and office staff that made an effort to at least appear as iof they cared about you. I would rather go to an emergency room than go back to Kramer's office!

:( Click to report rating    5/9/08 1 5 2 VERY unprofessional office and Dr. I've filed a complaint with my insurance company about this Dr. and her staff. I have also wondered if her "nurse" Eric is really a RN or a med tech. He called me back with test results that were questionable. i was not allowed to talk with Dr. Kramer because she does NOT take patient calls! Very strange office. STAY AWAY!

:( Click to report rating    4/30/08 1 4 1 Dr. Kramer and her staff are very unprofessional. She works very limited hours and is not available for calls. Staff told me to try over the counter meds and then finally let me talk to the "Med-Tec" who told me he didn't have any appts. for 5 days - this was a "sick" visit, so was not very pleased, to say the least. Argued with me for a half hour. Have since changed my PC Physician. Never in my life have I encountered such rude and unprofessional staff. Don't know how she stays in business - can see why she is still taking "new patients". Take my advice, don't waste your time.

:| Click to report rating    4/2/08 1 4 2 I have seen Dr. Krammer just 2x in a year. The staff is very unhelpful and not professional. Dr. Krammer seems to want to spend her time doing drug studies and not seeing or talking to patients. I thankfully have a new Dr. now!

:( Click to report rating    2/14/08 1 3 1 Most of the time I saw the Nurse Practitioner. The office staff has been rude. I have always felt extremely rushed during appointments. I once needed medication on a weekend, so I called the answering service. The gave me Dr Kramer's number and suggested I call her. I called and left a message about my situation. She called me back and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by calling. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. I'm looking for a new doctor.
