I had the best appoint with Dr. Shafran's NP Patty. She really listened to me and took me seriously...I was so amazed at how she was very thorough with me and wanted to do alot of tests. I've been having digestive issues for the last 2 years now and I finally found a doctor that is willing to do something about it. Dr. Shafran took the time out of his busy schedule to let me know that he and Patty were going to do everything they can to solve my problem. I am very hopeful that my issues will be solved. The whole office staff is absolutely amazing...Thank you!!

Dr. Shafran is the best GI in the business. He has a wonderful staff that really cares for the paitent and the paitent's family. The best thing about Dr. Shafran is he listens.

One of the best, if not THE BEST, Gastroenterologist in the world. Very knowledgeable with a very caring disposition. Office is very friendly and caring. I have never been to an office that was so efficant and ready to make my visit as a patient a pleasant and memorable one! I love my GI!

Dr. Shafran is wonderful. He is a caring physician, who is knowledgeable and always determined to help his patients. he is always up on new research and conducts his own studies as well. He is kind, extremely relaxed, and his office staff is wonderful too. Even though he does not accept my insurance any longer, I continue to see him because he is worth every penny. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my health. He even calls personally if you have a specific question that needs his guidance. He is fantastic!

This man is not only a delightful, kind person, he is also always right at the forefront of research. From being among the first in the US to recognize the true cause of ulcers (H. pylori) to being an innovator in Crohn's treatment, he is right on top of the heap. Great staff, great office, good surgery center. Beautiful dogs, too! Love this man. He's the best GI guy I've ever met.

This doc is amazing. Outstanding bedside manner and major innovator in discovering the cause of Crohn's. His staff is the best anywhere in Florida. Great that he brings his beautiful Golden Retievers to office . They are the "bomb"

Dr Shafran is truly my hero. He has been there for me and my family for 28 years since I first became his patient. His dedication and love for his patients is unbeatable. He has an interest in Crohn's disease and has published countless peer reviewed articles on the cause of this disease

I've been a patient for 20+ years. In the old days, he would see you personally but now he has his nurse see you. Despite this, when you are treated by Dr. Shafran, you will be receiving the best care possible. He has a gentle disposition which is very comforting. I typically change Drs. often due to lack of bedside manner or incompetance. For me to have 1 doctor for more than 2 decades speaks volumes!!

He is the best doctor I have ever been treated by. He always seems to know the answer to all the questions I have. The whole entire office staff makes you feel like part of the family. To sum him up, I would have to say he is a wonderful doctor.
