:) Click to report rating    3/6/10 4 1 5 5  Doctor and help is first rate, had problem with my medication and Ms. Donna was very helpful in correcting this. I feel like the quality of care here is outstanding, but they seem to double book patients, I've never been late to an appointment in my life, and yet I alway end up waiting at least an hour to see a doctor, even with an appointment. I have also noticed a change in clients lately, seems like a lot of suspect people hanging around in the parking lot. I can't help but feel like they have expanded too much, too soon.

:| Click to report rating    1/13/10 2 1 2 3  This Dr. comes and goes as he pleases and when there are patients to be seen. If you should complain about the long waits, he says you are free to choose another Dr. I do not trust my health to physicians assistant which is who you seem to see the most. This was the problem when he was with another office of Dr.'s and when he moved he said it should not be like that any more. Well that lasted no time and I have determined it not to be patient volume but rather enept staff which seems to pick and choose who they like best at the time as to who is next to be seen. I have watched people of color go in a head of me even after I have been there an hour and these people have been sitting there ten minutes. Also the staff seem have a great ammount of turn over. This man was at one time a very good Dr. in which I had the greatest respect for. I don't know what has happend to him but I would not send any one I liked to him. I was with this Dr. for 5 years. I have as he suggested... Moved on...

:| Click to report rating    5/7/08 3 1 2 4  The wait in this office is horrific and once you get in an exam room you are seen by a student Dr. and after spending over two hours you get to see the doctor for 10 min if you are lucky.
