This office felt military-like. Front office staff were short, and almost rude. Everyone was dry and rushed. On the phone, they insisted my first appointment be in the morning because I needed to fast for blood work. I told them I coudln't miss work. After battling with them, they finally gave me an afternoon appointment. On my first visit, I needed to talk to her about a female-issue; she said she didn't deal with that- go to a specialist. She insisted on a physical exam with blood work. I called to get my results, they said that I had to have an appointment to get results. Let's just say I changed doctors and never went back. Might be knowledgeble but has NO bed-side manner.

OUTSTANDING DOCTOR !! She has been in charge of my health for the past few years and thanks to her I have survived very serious illnesses. She CARES deeply about her patients and is a no-nonsense doctor. I appreciate her frankness and honesty. She is truly a PATIENT ADVOCATE. She does not baby her patients but CARES FOR THEM. She has made every effort to give me the best possible treatment DESPITE any obstacles that may have limited my care. I am very particular about doctors and I have stuck with her for the past 7 years because of her integrity, professionalism, and high level of care. I have never once felt as though she was anything but professional and honest with me. She is someone that I recommened to all of my friends and all have nothing but glowing reports about their experience with her. If you are looking for a doctor who truly cares about her patients Dr. Raben is exemplary in this respect. She may scold you if you don't take care of yourself, but she is doing her job.

Dr. Raben came highly recommended , and probably a few years ago her demeanor might have been compassionate . Today she is bitter regarding the insurance industry, and made a point to let me know I was going to have to take a pro-active role in my care. What I did not realize 4 months later I would almost be the sole participant in my care, without the paycheck.I am also upset with the insurance industries lack of coverage & double-talk. But Dr. Raben's callous talk has no business in a patients room ESPECIALLY when dealing with life threatening illnesses.

Dr. Raben was the rudest doctor I've ever seen. It was my first appointment with her. I went in for a yearly physical. I'm moving in about a month, but wanted to get the physical out of the way before my move. I told her I was moving, and her response was, "Well then why are we doing this?" & threw her hands in the air, as if to say my coming in was a waste of her time. She continued to be sarcastic and rude through out my examination. I had bloodwork done as part of the physical and was told I need to come in for an appointment to get the results, so that is the only time I will ever be going back to her office.
