:) Click to report rating    8/23/09 5 5 5 5  My 3-year-old daughter has bad eczema. She has seen a few other derm before Dr. Andrews and we have a collection of cortizone creams. Dr. Andrews took the time to review all of them and explained to us which ones are safe for little kids. I had all my questions answered thoroughly and he looked at every little spot that I pointed out to him. He was friendly and wasn't rushed. I could not think of any single thing that I didn't like. I think I may go back to him for my own eczema and my 5-month-old's.

Though Dr. Andrews was perfectly courteous and answered my questions, he wasn't very thorough or confidence-inspiring. His staff, however, is super-friendly. I'll be looking for another derm, in any case.

:) Click to report rating    5/9/08 5 4 4 4  Dr. Andrews seems competent and knowlegeable. Wasn't rushed. Going back for follow up visit next week. Must comment on the exceptional staff at Closter and Montvale offices. The most helpful, courteous and friendly medical office I've ever dealt with!!
