:) Click to report rating    3/10/09 5 5 5 5  I am very impressed with this doctor. She is very caring and interested in her patients and makes herself available. Test results are returned quickly. Her staff has gone to bat for me many times with getting prescription problems resolved and pre-approvals for treatment. They have never been rude to me; I treat them with respect and humor and they respond in kind. I like this group.

:) Click to report rating    3/5/09 4 5 5 5  I appreciate her knowledge as well as her compassion and bedside manner. Never rushes. Have never had to wait more than 10 minutes and that was one time. Gets test results to me very quickly. Goes out of way to get information from other disciplines. Confers with other doctors I see to be sure I am getting best care.

:| Click to report rating    3/5/09 1 3 3 3  Her staff are terrible--they don't pick up the phone during posted office hours; they schedule appointments for when the doctor is out of town; they don't follow up; they are rude and disorganized. The doctor is not so bad, though she sometimes rushed through appointments with me. Her staff are the real problem.

:( Click to report rating    2/10/09 1 1 1 1  this group is insane! the staff is so rude and impersonal,especially SUE. when you call for an appointment they can NEVER get you in i ended up at a walk-in several times. the doctor is very quick and not through very in and out she does not listen to the patients at all. i happen to work as a med. assistant and i know first hand what that entails, i would never treat patients this way awful! BEWARE STAY AWAY!!!!
