Dr. O'Donnell has been my doctor for over 3 years. Occasionally I have had to wait 30 minutes, but it's well worth it for the quality care you get with her. She is the first doctor I have had that didn't breeze through in a few minutes. She will talk with you, not just issue edicts and orders. This is what medical care should be, a partnership between doctor and patient. The nurses are great but the office staff could use a good leader. When I look into the office it's always mayhem.

She is very thorough, treats me as a partner in my care, listens closely and spends the time to address all my needs and concerns. I feel she is an excellent diagnostician and w/ her background in pharmocology, she is able to prescribe according to my needs, not what the latest pharmaceutical rep is touting.She is a talented doctor, and demonstrates her deep level of caring about her patients. The office is very buse, there are 3 doctors in the practice, so unless you get a first or early morning appointment, you will wait. But, honest, she's worth the wait

My wife just recently got pregnant and we went to see this doctor. We waited two hours and had to go back to work becuase time off ran out. Do not go to this doctor unless you have all day! I still do not know how far along my wife is. The office staff was the rudest I have ever encountered.
