I have been an allergy injection patient of Dr. Adelglass for a few years and have always had great experiences at his office. The staff has worked me and my family members in anytime we were sick (they have bad allergies too). Everyone is friendly and professional, and they make it convenient for me to get in and out of the office with very little wait to get my weekly injection. They offer vitamin injections too! I refer everyone to Dr. Adelglass.

I had SmartLipo done on my upper and lower abdomen a little over a year ago. The first six months after the surgery were stressful;Lumpiness,swelling, and scar tissue under the skin. Also, a couple of the incisions developed indentations, and a red discoloration. I had to have a real plastic surgeon in Miami fix the indented incisions by injecting fat back into them. After a year the abdominal area looks a a lot better, but I still have some discoloration on the incisions, and some uneven fat left on the lower abdomen. The plastic surgeon in Miami will now revise the lower abdominal area. I am 5.4' and 120 lbs. so, there was not a lot of fat to take out, but this doctor took my money and left me with an uneven lower abdomen.

2/17/09 | 4 | 3 | 1 | 1 | I recently went to Dr. Adelglass for fairly simple Restylane injection for the little lines turning down at the corners of my mouth. He seemed to be very rushed and kept asking me questions as he had the syringe under my skin, I did not answer till he had finished. The left side is OK but the right side was puffy ABOVE my lip where he must have pooled the Restylane in a place I did NOT wish it to be and the little corner line is still there; not an improvement! I did call concerned and his polite assistant ask that I come in for him to look at it. He did: he massaged it and told me it would be alright soon. Four weeks later it is still puffy. I emailed his office telling of my disappointment in the procedure and his assistant called and left a message asking me to come in again. I have chosen not to. Dr. Adelglass performed smartlipo on my abdomen 6 months ago. He left the area lumpy and with 2 nasty indentations where he made the incisions. What did he say about it? "Oh just give it time". I had a revision done by a qualified plastic surgeon (member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons). He had to fix what Adelglass had done. Dr. Adelglass is a E.N.T. (ear, nose throat)doctor. I would not recomend this ENT doctor to anyone of my friends or family. I wasted my money and ended up with lumpiness, and indentations!

I was highly displeased with my visit to Dr. Adelglass. As soon as you enter his posh Plano office, you can see what the focus of his practice is--plastic surgery. I was there for an ear infection and fluid in my ears. The staff was quite helpful and polite but Dr. Adelglass himself seemed "put out" with my minor issue and only spoke with me for about 3 minutes and then dumped me off on the staff. Even though my condition was not able to be remedied on the day of my visit, I feel like I should have been given some idea of what to expect or when my symptoms might go away. I felt like I was just holding up his more lucrative business, or at least that's definitely the impression that I got. I will never again visit Dr. Adelglass.
