The doctor was fine and fairly personable and in general I liked him. HOWEVER, I had a very early 8:30 in the morning appointment and still had to wait over an hour before I was even taken back. Then I went to the glasses "boutique" and I am having a horrible experience. They have screwed up my order 3x, and I am still waiting to see if 4th time is the charm. They refuse to do anything to correct this and on top of that they do not return my calls!!! Soley, b/c of this experience I am going to seek a new doctor. I don't think all the frustration is worth this.
