:( Click to report rating    2/28/10 3 2 2 Dr. Rogers is my mother's doctor at local senior's home. She has Alzheimer's. We have no say in who her physican is. It's assigned by the home. Dr. Rogers is rude and does not want to have communication with family members. She has misdiagnosed my mother many times, and is very uncaring.

:| Click to report rating    12/19/09 4 2 3 I always feel like she's in a hurry and before I get a chance to talk to her she already has the prescription pad ready in hopes it's just a quick fix. Although I've been seeing her for over 15 years, I wonder if she recognizes me sometimes.

:) Click to report rating    12/14/09 5 4 5 I've been seeing Dr. Rodgers for 14 years. I find her to be very friendly, caring thorough and knowledgeable. She will always listen to what you have to say before she gives her suggesstions or opinions. The staff is very friendly. Dr. Rodgers always takes the time to make small talk regarding your own life as well as hers.

:( Click to report rating    11/14/09 2 2 2 Dr. Rogers is my mother's doctor. My mother has Alzheimers. I find her to be very rude and not very knowledgable. She seems to be uninterested in speaking with family members. I am going to try to change doctors for my mother.

:) Click to report rating    3/15/09 3 1 5 Dr. Rogers is an excellent family doctor. She is direct, to the point and efficient. Hera ppointemnts are over quickly enough though she will hear you out completely and answer your concerns. I cannot fault her for the long waits in the waiting rooms, she is overloaded with patients and is doing the best she can. We all know there are not enough doctors in NL.

:) Click to report rating    12/11/08 5 4 5 Fantastic expericence with Dr Rogers! She caught and diagnosed a condition very early in my pregnancy which could have been harmful to the baby. Quick actions and referrals gave me peace of mind. The office staff have always been friendly and helpful in dealing with my family.

:) Click to report rating    4/7/08 4 3 4 VERY MUCH TO THE POINT, BUT IN A NICE WAY. DOESN'T DILLY-DALLY. SHE GETS THE JOB DONE.

:( Click to report rating    12/17/07 3 3 1 Dr. Rogers was my family doctor for many years. Fortunately, I had never had to see her for anything more than the common cold over those years until I was a young adult. When I had to consult her for something beyond that I found her ill informed and highly subjective. Her own personal conception of my concern (based on other members of my families medical history with her) overrided her ability to help me at a time when I really needed help. I remain, many years later, jaded by my experience with her and have little faith in the medical "profession".

:) Click to report rating    8/17/07 5 4 5 Dr. Rogers has been our family doctor for the past 16 years and we find her very helpful. At times her appointments do run behind but that is to be expected for a doctor. Each patient is different and it is hard to put a time limit on an appointment. Having the time to deal with the issues are far more important than getting in and out in the proper time frame. Always there to listen and very informed.

:) Click to report rating    8/9/07 2 3 4 Generally helpful, however, her office staff is the worst. They are often rude and lazy.

:) Click to report rating    4/23/07 5 5 I have been a patient of Dr.Rogers for 15 years and I think she is an excellent doctor. She is very informed and helpful, she will suggest things to do if something doesn't need medicine. She is very kind and understanding to me and my children.I have the greatest respect for her office receptionists, they are dealing with sick cranky people most of the time, they didn't put the glass up on the desk its not their fault.Anyway I think the girls that I deal with help me and are very nice smiling girls. So I think her office people and Dr.Rogers are doing a great job.Keep it up.

:) Click to report rating    3/23/07 3 5 I always find Dr. Rogers helpful and attentive. She has always provided excellent care to me and now my infant son. She is always pleasant and listens to what I say. I disagree with the comments on the receptionist. Only 1 out of the 4 are rude. I expect she do not like her job and it is taken out on the patients. A smile would go a long way from this woman.

:) Click to report rating    3/22/07 2 4 The main problem with Dr Rogers is that she schedules multiple people for the same time. I've gone in before for the first appointment in the morning and have found 3 or 4 other people with the same appointment time. I also agree that the receptionists are the most rude people I have encountered in the medical profession but I can't count that against Dr. Rogers herself.

:) Click to report rating    3/18/07 4 5 Been going to Dr. Rogers for 13 years and I've never been disappointed. Always consults when appropriate but has an excellent knowledge base and can usually deal with most problems herself. Very caring and compassionate. Always apologizes if running behind but still hs time to listen.

:) Click to report rating *  3/12/07 5 5 Give me a break. I can't believe some of these negative comments about Dr. Rogers and the Office Staff. She's wonderful and has been my doctor for years. I find the receptionists helpful and pleasant. I know of few friends of mine who are treated as quickly and courteously as I am at this clinic. "5" is the best rating. I wish there were higher numbers to choose from.

:) Click to report rating    12/11/06 5 5 I find her to be very knowledgeable and some times her appointments run late but that is because she does not rush you in and out.

:| Click to report rating    12/11/06 2 3 Dr. Rogers was my GP for several years before I moved on-I too found the office staff to be rude and the negative signs posted around the office to be rather bothersome. Though she was helpful it certainly seemed that she did not overly enjoy her work or take any real interest in what you had to say.

:) Click to report rating    9/15/05 2 3 Dr. Rogers does not seem overly enthusisatic about being a doctor but she is generally helpful. Her office staff is another matter. They can be very rude. The negative signs posted around the office (ex. bring up no more than 2 problems at any one appointment)give a feeling that they are not really interested in patients. There is no telephone for a patient to use and the full glass between the receptionist and the secretary just do not give a patient friendly feel.
