I would rate Dr. Paul Nassif as an expert in the field of revision rhinoplasty. I had a broken / shifted bone in my nose due to a skiing injury and had to have surgery. My first surgeon completely screwed up my nose by making it too small, making it look feminine, assymetrical, and the damn thing also collapsed in 3 places after 6 months following the surgery. Dr. Nassif spent a good 6 hours fixing my nose, making it symmetrical to the point that light reflects from top to down flawlessly. Also, the nose fits my face nicely and has a much nicer masculine profile. Experience really counts, and thats why I would really recommend Dr. Nassif. It took a good 4-5 months to see the results due to the intensity of the surgery, so be patient! I know this part is hard ;-) Just ask the doctor how much I yelled at him until I saw the results! - R.M.

I highly recommend Dr. Nassif. The staff was incredibly professional and walked me through the entire process. They were accommodating to my needs and weren't annoyed by my millions of questions! Dr. Nassif was gentle and made sure I was as comfortable and at ease as possible. Other than the typical swelling post-surgery, my procedure went without complication and I am thoroughly satisfied with the outcome. I have the nose I've always wanted! I've recommended Dr. Nassif to several friends who were in awe with the results and I suggest him to anyone interested in getting a nose job. Dr. Nassif is wonderful!

I do not recommend this surgeon. I think he is average. He charged me 5 times as much and I feel it is not worth all that money. I was not impressed by his job. I think they were money minded. In my opinion he is not a serious professional but I think there are other serious professionals out there who are more caring for your self with a holistic approach. But this is my opinion. We were not on the same page while consulting him and was brief. I have b#reathing problems and the part operaterd is stiff. The nose became fat now. I am noticing that post op sessions are very brief. My opinion is do your research before selecting a surgeon. They also had problems appointments and had to wait for too much time so I rated him as not being on time.Some of his emplayees are helpful but others were more interested in my money so I rated them bad. My opinion is: do not allow him to do procedures on your body you would regret. He tried to sell me services I regret nowadays.

Dr. Nassif is fantastic! It took 28 yrs. to find a dr. who could correct the mess another dr. had made of my nose. He spent over 7 hrs. rebuilding my nose so I could breathe and have a natural looking outcome. From the first meeting with him, he made me feel confident about his ability and gave me hope. His staff is exceptional, all of them! Thank you Dr. Nassif!

Spent nearly ten years and 6 surgeries trying to correct a botched rhinoplasty, went to most experts in the US to no avail. Dr. N fixed the damage and gave me a nose that is better than what I had to begin with in a single operation and it looks 100% natural. I can also breathe better than I could naturally before any surgeries. He's honest and straightforward and based on my personal experience, he underpromises and overdelivers. He stayed hours beyond his initial time just to get the perfect result for me. He has a family and kids to go home to and stayed with his entire staff until close to midnight just to achieve the desired result. Take it from someone who has consulted with the top experts and been through surgery with many of them, Dr. N is the best in the business and you won't find a finer result anywhere else.

I was VERY pleased with the services provided by Dr. Paul Nassif and his staff. I went to him for extensive corrective rhinoplasty and I was nothing but happy with the outcome. He immediately earned my trust and confidence in his abilities during our first meeting. His staff is great and extremely friendly. He works quickly but still finds a way to make you feel comfortable and important. I would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking similar procedures. His services seemed a little pricey, but well worth it. Previous surgeries (with another surgeon) resulted in many problems after the fact, but with Dr. Paul Nassif, everything went smoothly and perfectly. He values his patients and wants each one to have a positive experience.

After tons of research, I found Dr. Nassif who fixed 2 of my botched nose jobs by other surgeons. My nose now looks normal for my face. He also did an excellent job on my mother's face lift. Now I go for botox from time to time. He is very professional is knows his stuff.

Dr. Nassif did an excellent job on my October 2009 chin augmentation. Since he'd performed my final revision rhinoplasty in November of 2007, I already knew that I was in good hands. My new chin looks very natural; it was a subtle yet positive change. Dr. Nassif was kind enough to fit me into his busy schedule on relatively short notice, as I live 1,000 miles away. I also appreciated his willingness to perform my procedure under local anesthesia at my request, even though it meant that he had to deal with a rather anxious patient while operating. When I called him a few days later with a concern from my home in Colorado, he responded immediately and gave me clear direction, including a referral to a local facial plastic surgeon, if needed. Fortunately, I didn't need to contact him. However, that's not the point. The point is that Dr. Nassif's primary (and only) focus is the health and well-being of his patients. I'm so grateful that I found him to reconstruct my nose and chin.

My experience with Dr. Paul Nassif has been extremely positive. He was patient, understanding, and he always explained himself in layman’s language, clearly putting himself in the position of the patient. Never arrogant or proud, he is truly a man who cares about his profession and those he serves.
All that is great, I know, but the true test are the results achieved. In my case, I suffered a very traumatic gunshot injury to the face. Although I underwent major reconstructive surgery at the time, the initial bullet entry point was never successfully repaired, causing years of difficulty breathing. Dr. Paul Nassif performed a very difficult septoplasty, with great results. Being able to clearly breathe is something we often take for granted, and now, with his surgical skill, I can breathe clearly once again.
And finally, his staff is the best...EVERY ONE of them!

I just have my revision rinoplasty with ribb graft, in January 2010 performed by dr Nassif. Until now I am so happy with the results!! He worth all the money and let me tell you that is not that expensive like another doctors for the same expertize.(Sorry for my spelling, but i am not american, i try my best).Dr Nassif reconstructed my nose which was distroyed by a previous doctor in Mexico.He is one of the little number of doctors who accept to do this surgery, due to the difficulty.I am so thankfull with his work and so happy that I did the right choice this time regarding by choising dr Nassif!

Dr Nassif ruined my life. The asymmetries following surgery caused much trauma and resulted in me developing social anxiety. I hate the man and wish I had never heard about him!

i recently had surgery with dr nassif and would not really recommend him. i agree with one of the other posts. maybe his idea of a good looking nose is very different from mine. staff were very nice and helpful initially, till i got into town for my op. then i was told dr nassif is leaving for a holiday the day after my op and rushed around. i didnt get to spend enough time with the doc before my op and didnt feel we were on same page. was not thrilled with results although breathing is much better. i felt they were very money minded. subsequent follow ups have been very hurried. i feel like i cant talk to him. i would say shop around and get a more caring surgeon who will actually listen to you. dr nassif is not keen on doing closed technique noses or chin implants without scarring. there are surgeons who do both surgeries with no scars so don't let him talk you into something you might not be comfortable with later. and the costs escalate. be careful.

I had a rhinoplasty surgery with Dr. Nassif in 2007 after meeting with a lot of other Doctors. I was looking to improve my profile but was generally happy with how I looked from the front view. After the surgery, my profile is vastly improved but my nose is MUCH wider than I wanted and I am no longer happy with how I look. My thin nose is now quite wide. I regret doing the surgery. Dr. Nassif is extremely capable and patient. I can't say anything negative about him. But, do make sure you are on the same page. I really thought we were but it's obvious to me that what he thinks looks good and what I perceive as looking good are two different things. Dr. Nassif is definitely conservative in his approach to surgery and he's a perfectionist. No one close to me thinks my nose looks good and I'm thinking of having a revision rhinoplasty. I think that Dr. Nassif and I have different ideas of what an attractive nose looks like. He thinks the outcome was a success and I, unfortunately, dont.

Dr. Nassif is great. He is very professional, caring and best at what he does. He truly is an artist. I went to see him because I wanted to improve my looks. He spend a lot of time with me, and explained all options. His staff are fantastic. They are friendly, helpful, and caring. I am so happy with the results. I look great. Dr. Nassif and his office staff are the best in town.

I did lot of research to find reliable rhynoplasty doctor and found on the one forum his name. After I have red all the information on his website I decided to fly to CA from Netherlands to see him. I used to have a wide nose with round bump nose tip. He did marvellous surgery and after one year now my nose is very nice shape, straight, narrower but still suits naturally to my face. Nobody could guess that I had rhynoplasty only one close friend and after she told me that she was only guessing. I would highly recommend Dr.Nassif, he is very professional, very skilled, friendly and gives honest advices. Also for fly over they offer the facility to stay and this is a big reassurance. Thank you Dr. Nassif!

Breathing problems are something I tolerated my entire life. Constant sinus infections, sleep apnea, constant runny-nose were all things I learned to live with, because I was too afraid to have the reconstructive surgery I needed. I met with several doctors who explained the severity of my condition, but I chose the alternative, I chose a lesser-quality of life, as I did not feel at ease with any of those doctors. Then I moved to Los Angeles, and consulted with Dr. Nassif. What can I say. He is an amazing professional. After suffering my entire life, I finally found someone I was willing to trust. Now, six months after my surgery. I am SO glad I did. For the first time in my life I breathe properly. Everything about my life has improved. The cosmetic aspect of my surgery was just as incredible— Dr Nassif has a true skill of re-sculpting a nose so the person still looks like themselves - but better! Dr Nassif is an artist, professional and gentleman. I am so thankful for him.

My consult with Dr. Nassif and his staff was unsurpassed. I am having a 2nd rhinoplasty done and have been reviewing/contacting/consulting for a year. I can’t wait to have my surg with Nassif and his incredible staff. The experience was different than the 1 neg below: private, on time, he gave me all the time I needed, undivided attention and 100% open to discussion and made me feel secure in my choice. If space, I would write more but I can’t stress enough, you should skip the others and go straight to Nassif. I am confident in expertise and am sure that he is not only the surgeon for my nose, but also for any facial CS I have in the future. Staff: Front-so nice/helpful, Nurse-sweetest ever met, Catherine Reid, care consultant- so disarming, love her! What struck me the most about my visit was the professionalism and most advanced expertise, yet I felt so comfortable by the sincere nature of everyone I had contact with. I will update after surg. The experience I had with Dr. Nassif as my surgeon was unbelievable.His unmatched expertise combined with his amazing bedside manner are an unbeatable combination,and he has an attention to detail like nobody I have ever seen.One year ago, Dr. Nassif performed a septoplasty/rhinoplasty on me, along with a chin augmentation.Since then, my breathing has dramatically improved and the appearance of my profile has reached a state I never thought possible.People who knew me before cannot believe how much better I look,and emphasize the fact that my result is just a more aesthetically pleasing version of "me."And people I have told who have met me since the surgery cannot believe I ever had surgery in the first place due to the natural results that were achieved.Dr. Nassif is an incredibly talented and dedicated individual who puts his patients first. Dr. Nassif successfully performed my revision rhinoplasty. I sought the help of Dr. Nassif due to his expertise in revision surgeries. I was hard pressed to find a surgeon who specializes in and dedicates such a significant portion of his practice to revisions. However, expertise aside, I soon realized Dr. Nassif was a person with whom I could build a good patient-physician relationship; he was attentive to my concerns, candid in his opinions, and through it all, we were able to laugh. In order to achieve aesthetically pleasing results and improve the functioning of my nose, Dr. Nassif reconstructed my nose using cartilage from both of my ears and one rib (with the help of Dr. Lance Wyatt). Dr. Nassif’s expertise in facial cosmetic surgery is unmatched. His surgical results are direct evidence of his talent and skill in the operating room. And, outside of the operating room, Dr. Nassif is truthful in his opinions, gracious, and shows genuine care and concern for each of his patients.

For the first time in over 16 years, I meet people without thinking about my face and without waiting for the questioning look in their eyes.
The work he did on my eyes really helped to lesson the effects of my Bell's Palsy. I don't feel that I have to explain my face to people anymore. Even my broken nose looks close to what it looked like originally.
His dedication to his work and caring nature makes it hard to read some of these comments.
I Highly recommend Dr. Paul Nassif to everyone!

Dr. Paul Nassif is truly one of the best doctor's. He performed my rhinoplasty surgery this past August and I'm more than satisfied with the results. Dr. Nassif has a wonderful staff and he himself is such an amazing and caring person, he's very kind and helpful!! Oh dear. I just found this site and thought I'd look up doctors I had seen. I had a lower face lift and eye job with Dr. Nassif about 7 years ago. I was so ready for some work because I was obsessed with my flabby neck. Anyway, I felt confident with Dr. Nassif and went ahead with the surgery. BEST thing I have ever done. I totally loved my transformation and am grateful to this day. My recovery was amazingly fast. I was back to work in a week - no one could tell I had had major surgery on my face. I had no pain after surgery. Amazing. He knows what he is doing and no one can tell I have had work. I just look about 10-15 years younger. I'm sorry he has gotten bad reviews here. He is really really good at what he does and his medical team is fantastic. I will go back to him when I need more work, absolutely. This is not a trumped up testimonial - I am a real patient. I recently had rhinoplasty surgery with Dr. Nassif. My experience was a lot different than the other posts here. Both Dr. Nassif and his staff were great. He took his time and answered my questions and even called me the night before to check on me and see how I was doing. I had a deviated septum, so I had some trouble breathing, but I also wanted my tip refined slightly. It has been about a month since surgery and my breathing is better, which is amazing. My tip is still swollen, which I have been told is normal, but looks good. I am just waiting to see my final results as I heal over the next few months.

Consults are $150. Surgery was quoted $12,500. Insuruance covered $7000. Jade is sweet and helpful. Dr. Nassif is cocky, but he is the best at what he does. you pay for what you get and he can be anyway way he wants because of it. I am considering to go to him just for his expertise, not his attitude.

Jade his patient coordinator is the most wonderful women and why she is working for this egotistical man is beyond me. 300 dollars for a consult, over an hour late, came in with a med student and was acting very cocky in front of her and wasnt listeing to me. Would never consider him for anything.
