07/07/14 5 5 5 5 From the moment I met Dr Nassif I felt at ease. He examined my nose and was completely on the same page with me on what needed to be fixed. I had lots of questions for him- most of which he answered before I could even ask them! THAT’S HOW GREAT OF A DOCTOR HE IS! I knew right away I had to schedule my revision rhinoplasty with Dr Nassif, so I did. I am now 6 months out from my surgery and my results are beyond incredible! He EXCEEDED my expectations and more. My nose is absolutely perfect and continues to look better and better as I heal. And more importantly, I can breathe! Everybody at his office was just amazing. Chris answered any and every question I had. Janet is pretty much the sweetest and most nurturing nurse you will ever meet, and always made me feel comfortable. Even the OR staff was incredible. Seriously I cannot say enough great things about Dr Nassif and his staff. It shows that Dr Nassif has really hand selected only the best to be part of his team.

07/03/14 5 4 4 5 Dr. Paul Nassif not only met, but exceeded, my expectations. As a woman with a cleft lip and palate with nasal deformity, and already having had two rhinoplasty surgeries, Dr. Nassif definitely had his work cut out for him! My profile looks phenomenal. My symmetry is outstanding. I literally look in the mirror and cannot believe what I see. He is highly skilled, with a professional and friendly staff behind him. I highly recommend Dr. Paul Nassif to anyone interested in plastic surgery  Respond

12/09/13 5 5 5 5 Exceeded all my expectations! Level of care was beyond excellent. It is very stressful having your child undergo surgery. I could not have felt more comfortable and confident in our decision to use Dr. Nassif. He is a perfectionist, and that was reflected both in the time he spent with us (pre-op, during the surgery, and with follow ups and after care), and in the level of professionalism he expects from ALL his staff. My son's nose is FABULOUS, and he is thrilled. Thank you Dr. Nassif and all the staff for the exceptional care you took of him (and his nervous mommy.)..  Respond

06/08/13 5 5 5 5 Seriously guys look no further you have found it! I have had the best experience, I'm in my 6th day post surgery and feel amazing every day ! I came of Australia too, after searching for one year looking for a rhinoplasty specialist I knew in my heart dr nassif was the one, so I saved and came to the US alone to chase my dream !!! Which primarily is too breath better through my nasal passage, anything else will be a bonus. You see it's hard trying to find a surgeon that can practice on a native nose as the skin is thicker and more complicating. Dr nassif is a perfectionist and looking at his previous work put my mind at ease, seeiuosly he has the best credentials!!! Melody the receptionist Ana ( dr paul nassifs assistant ) will help you with all your questions, they were communicating and accommodating all my questions and request after 6 months of communication with the lovely staff at Spalding drive I am here had my dream surgery, instantly I could breath better.

30/07/13 5 5 5 5 I had a Septo-Rhinoplasty on June 24th of this year with Dr. Paul Nassif. It's not 5 weeks and 1 day post-op and the results are PERFECT already!! They say swelling goes down ~70% after 3 months but I think the swelling already went down after 1 month!! Dr. Paul Nassif was extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgeable with the whole procedure. I had a bump on my nose which I was very uncomfortable with and all I wanted was my nose straight. Dr. Nassif showed me on the computer what my nose would look like and I would say he achieved almost a 100% replica from the computer image! Finally, the staff in Dr. Nassif's office are all incredibly nice - you will be offered water or iced tea many times. They are welcoming and easy to talk to via phone or in person to schedule appointments. Great experience, love the results.

22/07/13 4 2 3 3 I had my initial rhinoplasty w Nassif - ended up w a graft in one nostril, bringing it down lower than the other one which was too thin (skin) to take a graft. so nostrils totally uneven. As for the structure - seemed like the break was rough cause bone was shattered near my inner eye. My nose ended up wider because he shaved it down so much on the profile, it had to be wider to support that. I felt he shaved it too far but it wasn't awful by any means.. Two years later I came back to Nassif to fix the one nostril. This time he removed some ear cartlidge to fill an alar groove irregularity on one side. and to bring the other nostril down to match.. he filled the groove way too much and left the other side normal. then just couldn't get the graft right on the one nostril he initially had issues with. So I ended up with an even more odd looking nose and one graft he couldn't get settled oddly so if you look from underneath it looks collapsed.. I now am consulting other docs for my 3rd :(

24/06/13 5 5 5 5 I had a severely deviated septum, and I was having a lot of trouble breathing. After researching some doctors in my area, I decided to go with Dr. Paul Nassif. The Procedure was relatively easy as there were no complications. I am still in the healing process, but so far I am able to breath easily. My nose looks more proportionate to my face, and I do not have constant pain like I used to. I am looking forward to the continued healing and the final outcome of the procedure. Dr. Paul Nassif is extremely knowledgeable, willing and able to answer all questions, and extremely kind. I really appreciate that he is open to listening to all of my questions and concerns. They have been involved with every step, and made sure that I was comfortable before and after surgery. This is not an easy decision to make, but Dr. Paul Nassif and his incredible staff, including coordinator, Ana are as nice as they come!  Respond

20/06/13 5 5 5 5 TeamNassif! Let's face it. For those of us contemplating going_under-the-knife, Plastic Surgery IS rocket science. Whatever the Procedure, this is never a Walk-in-the-Park. Inherent risks accompany the most-skilled of surgeons. And, Dr. Nassif is just that. I did my research. His credentials are impeccable. My surgical objectives: necklift and upper-eye lift. My first impression of TeamNassif: If government was run like this office, we'd all be better off. This is a large staff and from Day One, I have anecdotal evidence that each and every one of them has gone Above and Beyond for me. This is a well-chosen crew. Besides that, I'm always welcomed like a long-lost relative. And, I like the cucumber water. As to Dr. Nassif-he is brutally honest, maddeningly meticulous, always compassionate-and a ton of fun. Everyone I met in the O.R. was friendly and highly Professional. I'd say more, but I was mostly asleep. Months later, my eyes and neck look really good.  Respond

11/04/13 5 4 5 5 Dr Nassif is very confident, even cocky, but highly skilled and professional. I related to him as I am regarded similarly in my own profession and cockiness in most professionals, cockiness is but a sign of confidence in one's skills. He knows what he's doing and can communicate it to a layperson. He performed a lower face/neck lift, brow lift and eyelid surgery on me. I was "presentable" within three weeks, which was important to me as I am seen in public quite often. 4 months after surgery, the few people who knew what I had done marveled at the result: more youthful by a dozen years and natural in all ways. I am happy with the result, as I was with his services and care. His staff of capable and caring (mostly female and all quite arrestingly beautiful) professionals were helpful in innumerable ways. Follow-up was appropriate in duration and comprehensiveness. To say I have no complaints would do Dr Nassif a disservice: I am delighted with the experience and the outcome.

11/02/13 5 5 5 5 I just left Spalding Drive Plastic Surgery after my revision rhinoplasty consultation. I was very impressed with my consultation. Dr. Yoo and Dr. Nassif created a new look for me on their computer and I love it! They were both very kind and helpful in explaining what the surgery would entail. Really, everyone in the office was very helpful and while I am still in the very early stages of visiting various rhinoplasty specialists, I really have a good feeling/connection about this office.  Respond

25/07/12 5 4 5 5 Dr. Nassif couldn't have been a better doctor to pick for my rhinoplasty. On my initial visit, he spent 45 minutes with me, discussing all the details, risks, recovery, and results. I had been thinking about doing this surgery for years and had made appointments with many plastic surgeons but after meeting Dr. Nassif, my decision was very easy. On the day of surgery, not only was he was comforting and supportive, but his whole staff was great as well. At every post-op appointment, he gave me a big hug and answered all my questions thoroughly. Dr. Nassif personally called me to ask to switch my appointment because he was going to a conference and wanted to make sure he saw me before he left. I just had my 3 month visit and am thrilled with the results. A big thank you to Dr. Nassif for this life changing surgery. I couldn't be happier.

11/12/11 3 3 2 3 Ive been so depressed since my revision rhinoplasty, dr nasiff makes you beleive he will improve your nose but in reality its all fake, I now have breathing problems and constantly need sinus medication, due to the surgery i developed a sinus infection. On my last consultation with him, I expressed that I felt my nose was to fat and that one nostril was bigger than the other, he then tried to call me crazy and said I needed counseling, anyways ive been so unhappy ever since, i really thought I had done my research, so if anyone out there knows of any trust worthy surgeons please let me know...do not trust him!

19/11/11 5 4 5 5 Dr. Nassif saved my nose. He had the most difficult task of correcting the damage another plastic surgeon had done. His patience, professionalism, care and concern are evidenced in the excellent results. My nose had been so deformed, I thought I would never look normal again. It took three surgeries, but I proclaim Dr. Nassif a miracle worker! My nose is as cute as ever! I will forever be grateful.

27/09/10 1 1 1 1 I was really unhappy with my consultation. I waited over an hour and a half from my scheduled appt to see him. He came in with an intern and spent most of our time chatting with him than talking to me about my nose. He wasn't specific as to what he would do for my nose revision. He did an imaging for my nose, but I hated his ideas on what would look good on me. I've also heard he posts fake positive reviews on boards....be careful people. I had a bad feeling about him and glad I decided not to go to him. He apparently won't let his patients post negative reviews on the internet. He has a contract that you have to sign to agree to this.

02/07/10 5 5 5 5 I would rate Dr. Paul Nassif as an expert in the field of revision rhinoplasty. I had a broken / shifted bone in my nose due to a skiing injury and had to have surgery. My first surgeon completely screwed up my nose by making it too small, making it look feminine, assymetrical, and the damn thing also collapsed in 3 places after 6 months following the surgery. Dr. Nassif spent a good 6 hours fixing my nose, making it symmetrical to the point that light reflects from top to down flawlessly. Also, the nose fits my face nicely and has a much nicer masculine profile. Experience really counts, and thats why I would really recommend Dr. Nassif. It took a good 4-5 months to see the results due to the intensity of the surgery, so be patient! I know this part is hard ;-) Just ask the doctor how much I yelled at him until I saw the results! - R.M.

14/04/10 5 5 5 5 Spent nearly ten years and 6 surgeries trying to correct a botched rhinoplasty, went to most experts in the US to no avail. Dr. N fixed the damage and gave me a nose that is better than what I had to begin with in a single operation and it looks 100% natural. I can also breathe better than I could naturally before any surgeries. He's honest and straightforward and based on my personal experience, he underpromises and overdelivers. He stayed hours beyond his initial time just to get the perfect result for me. He has a family and kids to go home to and stayed with his entire staff until close to midnight just to achieve the desired result. Take it from someone who has consulted with the top experts and been through surgery with many of them, Dr. N is the best in the business and you won't find a finer result anywhere else.  Respond

21/03/10 5 5 5 5 Dr. Nassif did an excellent job on my October 2009 chin augmentation. Since he'd performed my final revision rhinoplasty in November of 2007, I already knew that I was in good hands. My new chin looks very natural; it was a subtle yet positive change. Dr. Nassif was kind enough to fit me into his busy schedule on relatively short notice, as I live 1,000 miles away. I also appreciated his willingness to perform my procedure under local anesthesia at my request, even though it meant that he had to deal with a rather anxious patient while operating. When I called him a few days later with a concern from my home in Colorado, he responded immediately and gave me clear direction, including a referral to a local facial plastic surgeon, if needed. Fortunately, I didn't need to contact him. However, that's not the point. The point is that Dr. Nassif's primary (and only) focus is the health and well-being of his patients. I'm so grateful that I found him to reconstruct my nose and chin.  Respond

20/03/10 5 5 5 5 My experience with Dr. Paul Nassif has been extremely positive. He was patient, understanding, and he always explained himself in layman’s language, clearly putting himself in the position of the patient. Never arrogant or proud, he is truly a man who cares about his profession and those he serves. All that is great, I know, but the true test are the results achieved. In my case, I suffered a very traumatic gunshot injury to the face. Although I underwent major reconstructive surgery at the time, the initial bullet entry point was never successfully repaired, causing years of difficulty breathing. Dr. Paul Nassif performed a very difficult septoplasty, with great results. Being able to clearly breathe is something we often take for granted, and now, with his surgical skill, I can breathe clearly once again. And finally, his staff is the best...EVERY ONE of them!

18/01/10 2 3 3 2 i recently had surgery with dr nassif and would not really recommend him. i agree with one of the other posts. maybe his idea of a good looking nose is very different from mine. staff were very nice and helpful initially, till i got into town for my op. then i was told dr nassif is leaving for a holiday the day after my op and rushed around. i didnt get to spend enough time with the doc before my op and didnt feel we were on same page. was not thrilled with results although breathing is much better. i felt they were very money minded. subsequent follow ups have been very hurried. i feel like i cant talk to him. i would say shop around and get a more caring surgeon who will actually listen to you. dr nassif is not keen on doing closed technique noses or chin implants without scarring. there are surgeons who do both surgeries with no scars so don't let him talk you into something you might not be comfortable with later. and the costs escalate. be careful.

17/11/09 4 5 4 5 I had a rhinoplasty surgery with Dr. Nassif in 2007 after meeting with a lot of other Doctors. I was looking to improve my profile but was generally happy with how I looked from the front view. After the surgery, my profile is vastly improved but my nose is MUCH wider than I wanted and I am no longer happy with how I look. My thin nose is now quite wide. I regret doing the surgery. Dr. Nassif is extremely capable and patient. I can't say anything negative about him. But, do make sure you are on the same page. I really thought we were but it's obvious to me that what he thinks looks good and what I perceive as looking good are two different things. Dr. Nassif is definitely conservative in his approach to surgery and he's a perfectionist. No one close to me thinks my nose looks good and I'm thinking of having a revision rhinoplasty. I think that Dr. Nassif and I have different ideas of what an attractive nose looks like. He thinks the outcome was a success and I, unfortunately, dont.  See Responses

22/04/09 5 5 5 5 Dr. Nassif successfully performed my revision rhinoplasty. I sought the help of Dr. Nassif due to his expertise in revision surgeries. I was hard pressed to find a surgeon who specializes in and dedicates such a significant portion of his practice to revisions. However, expertise aside, I soon realized Dr. Nassif was a person with whom I could build a good patient-physician relationship; he was attentive to my concerns, candid in his opinions, and through it all, we were able to laugh. In order to achieve aesthetically pleasing results and improve the functioning of my nose, Dr. Nassif reconstructed my nose using cartilage from both of my ears and one rib (with the help of Dr. Lance Wyatt). Dr. Nassif’s expertise in facial cosmetic surgery is unmatched. His surgical results are direct evidence of his talent and skill in the operating room. And, outside of the operating room, Dr. Nassif is truthful in his opinions, gracious, and shows genuine care and concern for each of his patients.  Respond

He took his time and answered my questions and even called me the night before to check on me and see how I was doing.
