Good man. Difficult to reach on phone, if not impossible. Staff is brisk and too hurried to offer thorough help. Always a long wait past appointment time, but doc takes time with patients.
Dr. Wallace is the best doctor I have ever been to, I have been a patient of his for the last 17 years (Lupus) he is always running late, but WORTH THE WAIT! He takes time with his patients and truly shows he cares. He is very dedicated, there should be more doctors around like him, I know all his patients LOVE HIM!
Dr. Wallace is worth waiting for everytime. You need to bring a book or DVD, but I am telling you if you even have a HANGNAIL he will find it. He spends at least 45 minutes with each patient, but his staff schedules him every 15 minutes . That is why he is always late. I trust him with my life and the life of 3 other family memvers. Great man, he cares so much he is in the office from 7 am to 9pm every day.
He is the best. He will take the time every time. This is why he is always running behind. Staff could do better job getting paperwork to other doctors for surgery.
Insurance: Blue Cross / Blue Shield
He is late but worth waiting for. Never rushes you away.
