They are friendly and make a hard situation hopeful yet realistic. I have had very little waiting time at the clinic, usually seen within 10 minutes. Dr. Ouhilal specifically has been compassionate and kind, taking as much time as needed to answer my questions and concerns. This is the best medical care I have received since moving to Quebec. | Respond |

12/17/12 | 4 | 5 | 5 | 5 | I was soo touched by the care received by Dre Ouhilal and her husband Dr. Mahutte. These are two great, knowledgeable, and the most humane and mindful physicians I have ever met. Prior to going to their clinic, I was a client at RVH fertility clinic, and, Wow,,, the care that these two doctors provide, is unmatcheable, Period! I feel valued, respected, unlike, at the Royal Vic where I was considered just one more number among many. I find the staff are great too except one nurse (philipina by the name of nenette). I felt disrespected by this nurse in many ways. She even reported wrong information on my chart and I had to argue with her as to why she was doing that. I am sure if she reads this, she will know who I am. Other than that, I hope to continue my treatment plan in the hands of these great two physicians that Montrealers need soo much. Thank you soo much Dr. Mahutte & Dre Ouhilal. | Respond |

While I've been to fewer clinics than the previous poster, who has been to all the Mtl clinics, I or my husband have visited or taken tests at Ovo and Procrea, done 1 IVF at McGill and 2 IVFs at Montreal Fertility Clinic. The latter is the best. Dr. Ouhilal and her husband Dr. Mahutte and their team are hands down the most cheerful, non-rushed, knowledgable empathetic doctors I've ever met. They are the most organised, with the benefit and convenience of the patient top-of-mind also. | Respond |

9/21/11 | 5 | 4 | 5 | 5 | Having gone through numerous IVF cycles, I had the opportunity to experience many fertility clinics: McGill,OVO, Procrea, Montreal Fertiliy and one in the USA. The ONLY ones that I would ever recommend are the Fertility Clinic (Dr.Ouhilal and Dr Mahutte) and the US clinic. Dr Ouhilal is not only extremely knowledgable in her field but has an unmatched empathy, one I have never felt from other specialists. A few months ago, as Dr.Ouhilal was doing an ultrasound, she has to tell my husband and I that we were loosing our baby. the experience was heartbreaking but what was surprising at the same time was the true sadness that could be seen in Dr.Ouhilal's expression. And she was there for us, over and above the call of duty. Also, heads up to the whole staff (and Dr.Mahutte as well). THis is the ONLY clinic in montreal to know each patient (the staff and docs), they are the flexible, the meds are available on site etc.. Ovo was my first try, sadly enough it was a terrible experience, try no 2 and 3 are at Mtl Fertility, no matter what happens, these doctors made me feel safe, secure..and if it is meant to be for me, it is with them that it will happen. God bless this couple and their amazing staff who also CARE :) | Respond |

She took the time to explain everything and to answer our many. many questions. Not once did we feel rushed. And she was so gentle with the ultrasounds. As for the money issue, she was actually trying to help us find ways to save money. We are so happy to have found Dr Sophia to help us get pregnant! | Respond |
