Dr. Ghavami performed my rhinoplasty and liposuction surgery. My nose looks really natural and no one could actually tell that there was a difference, they just told me how great I looked. That is precisely what Dr. Ghavami is great at- enhancing what you naturally have, minimizing any problem areas, and creating a nice subtle improvement. The part I was really impressed with was the liposuction. He treated an area that is very difficult: the calves/ankle area. I wanted to make sure that I went to someone I could trust, and wanted it done right. My legs have maintained a beautiful shape and look really smooth, and I now actually have ankles! I honestly couldn't be happier with my experience and felt really comfortable with Dr. Ghavami and his staff.

Dr Ghavami is by far the BEST Plastic Surgeon out there. He did my surgery (Rhinoplasty) and I got the most amazing results! Very natural! I still look like myself but just way better! Dr Ghavami is very professional and made me feel comfortable. I have now recommended him to all my family and friends. Definetely the BEST Plastic Surgeon EVER!

Dr. Ghavami performed my rhinoplasty surgery and did a phenomenal and natural job. I now have the nose I should have been born with; his slight modifications made a huge difference in the overall look of my face. He is professional and knowledgeable and because of Dr. Ghavami's extensive background, board certification, and numerous years of studying under some of the best plastic surgeons in the country, I believe that Dr. Ghavami has a certain edge amongst fellow surgeons. Dr. Ghavami's most unique quality that sets him apart from the plethora of Beverly Hills surgeons is his bedside manner. He truly cares for his patients and makes sure that they are completely a part of the process before and after, and did such a wonderful job of checking up on me post-surgery. Choosing him as my doctor was worth every penny. And I am already planning on future procedures with him.

Dr. Ghavami performed my nose job in December & it looks AMAZING....TRULY AMAZING. I wanted a natural beautiful nose and that is exactly what Dr. Ghavami delivered. He is truly talented. What makes him so wonderful is not only his artistic talent but also his patience and candor. I would not hesitate to use him again or refer him.

Dr. Ghavami was very professional, knowledgable, and has a great bed-side manner. He answered all of my questions and made me feel calm about the complicated procedures that were going to be performed. I would recommend him to anyone who is interested in persuing plastic/reconstructive surgery.

Dr. Ghavami is both artistic and professional. He has performed very intricate procedures on me that have yielded the most natural results. I can trust that Dr. Ghavami's work will only enhance my appearance and never make me appear "done"! He is passionate about his work, and cares about his clients. Most of all he is honest about results and the necessity for procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Ghavami!

My nose looks phenomenal. I met with multiple surgeons before I chose Dr.G. He took time to explain everything and I felt most comfortable and confident in his "nose skills." I get a ton of compliments.

Dr. Ghavami is wonderful! He is polite, listens and applies a realistic approach to his work. He is also honest and informs you of what to expect. He leaves you feeling confident in his abilities and expertise. Dr. Ghavami is also great in following up with you post-surgery. I've recommended him to my family and friends.

Dr. Ghavami is extremely professional and knowledgable. He has been trained with the world's top plastic surgeons and it shows! His results are incredible. I am so happy I went to him and I recommend him to anyone who wants a doctor that is caring, passionate, and cutting edge in his approach and technique. He is the real deal Dr. 90210 without the cheesy t.v. shows!!!
