:) Click to report rating    7/21/09 5 4 4 5  Extremely painful skin cancer removal in-office.Dr. charges more than insurance payment and is paid in advance (not Medicare). This is the first time I have ever had to do this. I will return to my out of town plastic surgeon in the future who accepts insurance as payment in full with less pain.
