My son was having severe pain. He reccomended a blood test. We consented indicating he would call back within 2 days. When he did not call, we left daily messages. After the 5th day we stopped in to his office, we waited 30 minutes, he saw us. I suggested he give better customer service. 1 hour later I got a call from the local police. He called them to call me to let me know he did not want my family to come to be seen at his practice any longer. Wow! I was not planning to go back before the call from the police.
