I saw him for the first time today re; my diabetes.He seems to be in another world. Didn't get up when I walked in , didn't say Hello, what a rude ****, we pay there salary. as for his knowleadge I don't know ,not there long enough , my questions were more or less unanswered . I won't be going back . FH.

Je vais voir le Dr Eapen depuis au moins 15 ans . Au début il était très attentif , mais maintenant il est très expéditif et je ne peux pas avoir d'informations sur ma santé. Il ne prend pas le temps de m'examiner mais je n'ai pas le choix d'aller le voir ,il N,y a pas d'autres endocrinologue dans mon coin. Je suis extrèmement déçu.

I am a 34 year old woman - 0 children- I saw this doctor for a hormonal problem concerning too much body hair (I'm a woman) in which had to be treated-He seemed rushed-not wanting to examin my body as I requested-and said he knows what I mean and didn't want to go further- Sent me for blood tests and my results appeared ok AS PER the doctor-2 years later I decided to have another opinion and brough with me the results of my previous blood tests to a different dr. who looking at those results from 2 years ago said I had a case of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)- and sent me for more tests for a follow up-which indeed I was diagnosed with PCOS-a health problem that can affect a woman's menstrual cycle, ability to have children, hormones, heart, blood vessels, and appearance. AND, caused my uterus lining to thicken= NO GOOD- You could imagine how furious I was- 2 years LOST - and the story goes on- I am now followed closely and am very satisfied with my today's dr.

Dr. Eappen a mal soigné mon état. Malgré les questions posées qui sont demeurés sans réponse, nous avions l'impression qu'il disait n,importe quoi. exemple: lorque le dossier médical n'avait pas recu les infos il disait que tout allait bien et refaisait la meme prescription. Ma pharmacienne a tanté de le rejoindre pendant 6 semaines afin d'éclaircir les détails de 2 prescriptions qui se contredisait. J,ai changé de médecin; lors de la lecture de mon dossier elle a dit "en voilà un qui n'a pas peur des poursuites!!!" ce qui en dit long sur le personnage. A éviter

je crois que le dr Eappen est bien mais avare d'information...on se doit d'insister si l'on veut plus de détails...dans les traitements, les suivis ne sont pas toujours tres clair. Il nous faut courir apres l,info.

Dr. Eappen can be distant and appear distracted but he knows his stuff. He is also a fellow diabetic who can speak intelligently about living with that disease.

Roy Eappen était le médecin dont j'avais une très haute estime. Il est le plus professionnel de tous les docteurs que j'ai rencontré dans ma vie. Malheureusement, mon médecin de famille m'a invité à ne plus le voir. J'en suis triste.

Dr. Eappen was on his cell phone while I was there and he saw me a total of less than 2 minutes. He was not very polite and seemed more concerned with his cellphone call than his patients.
